I would say is better then the TuLou we visited last. Very basic room, but comes with en-suite, what a relive that you don't have to walk out in the dark to ease. Owner was friendly, they can cook you home cook meals upon request for a small fee

Relaxing trip, what a pleasure to experience staying in one of the oldest tulou ever built. Good food, all cooked last minute. All from the garden. The family running the Yuqinglou were very accomodating and helpful. The prices are local. Try their teas specially the Hongmei black tea.

This place is really nice, staying in one of these Tulous is a great experience, the village is very nice an authentic. It is a bit of a hassle to get there, as public transport is not really an option, you'll need a ride from train station (I got from Longyan and it costed me 300 yuan). It is indeed worth it, but prepare for not much English (the owner's daugher, if she's around, can speak some decent english and is very nice), basic facilities, basic local food, etc.

Best tulou I've stayed in. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the private bathroom is good. And we got to play with the puppy Xiao Bai for hours 🥳 The cluster is also great, with tulou of very different ages, and much fewer tourists than elsewhere.

The family run business very good host service to your needs n take care clients well. I was sick n they asked doctor house call to attend to me. Although I could not wake up due to sickness they attempted to tell me that was night stars Infront of house that I missed chances. He noted my disappointment of no photo taking at all they offered to fetch me to major location to have last photograph scene before check up. I was happy n satisfied stay during the 2 nights.

Best location you can dream, room has all the amenities you need (but don't aspect luxury furnishing)... owner very kind and happy to help. I can definitely recommend!

Just because you can live in a world heritage site, why don’t you hurry up? The landlady and the boss are both honest people, and it feels like staying at a relative's house -~ At night in Tulou, eating freshly killed local chicken, looking at the stars, and listening to the stream, it was really pleasant~ My family and I all feel that it would be a waste to come to Tulou without staying and experiencing it. Moreover, the owner has renovated it very cleanly, and the bathrooms and bedding are very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that the time this time is too short, I will stay a few more days next time.

The rooms renovated from earthen buildings have private bathrooms and are cleanly paved. However, the rooms are a bit older and have smaller windows. However, due to the limited original conditions, it is already very good to be able to do this. The main reason to stay here is to experience the earth building culture and the peaceful life in the countryside. The boss and his wife are very welcoming and the food is delicious👍

The primitive conditions cannot be changed by an earth building that is nearly three hundred years old. The boss has made the best possible conditions under the restrictions of cultural relic protection: installed air conditioning, built a separate bathroom, changed quilts for each guest, and provided warm service. We arrived at the inn at 5:30 in the evening. The boss asked us directly, "Let's see what we can eat. I'll prepare it for you in advance." It felt like we were going home. We ran to the nearby Jiqing Building while the boss was cooking. I took the three photos below. When I came back, the boss said that the lights in Jiqing Building were not often turned on, so we were lucky. All in all, when staying here, there was no problem in terms of comfort except that it was a little troublesome to carry luggage and the facilities were a little rudimentary. Besides, didn’t we choose this inn just to experience this kind of lifestyle for one night?

Cars are not allowed to enter, and the owner of the B&B does not come out to pick up the luggage🧳. We had to pay the aunt to help carry our luggage to the third floor. The boss also did not communicate with the guests that they should bring light luggage. To strengthen service awareness. But the earth building experience for one night is still good, and Chuxi is also quite original.

The landlady is very enthusiastic, and the dishes cooked by the boss are also very appetizing. This place is very suitable for vacation and leisure travel. I originally thought that the room was small and the bathroom was small, but I was surprised. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was relatively large in the earth building.

It’s not often you get the opportunity to live in a World Heritage Site! I recommend everyone to come and experience it. If the hardware is improved, it should be no problem to double the sales... In addition, the dishes cooked by the boss lady are delicious, recommended! Hope business is booming!
