Nanchang Hotels with Airport pickup service

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

This is my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Nanchang. It's still a good experience. The room has a wide view and the night view is super beautiful. The breakfast is rich in food, and there are Nanchang's specialties, clay pot soup and mixed noodles. I like it very much. Thank you Kevin from the guest relations department for his enthusiastic service. I will choose this hotel as my first choice when I come to Nanchang in the future.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location, with the subway just outside, making it very convenient for traveling. The hotel staff provided great service, and Miss Annie at the front desk even helped to delay the check-out time. We had a river view room, and although the view was partially blocked, we could still see the Tengwang Pavilion and the Ganjiang River. The Ganjiang River was really photogenic on a sunny day, and the Tengwang Pavilion with the lights on at night was also very dazzling. It was a very good experience, highly recommended.

The facilities are a bit old, the TV doesn't even have a projection system, and the soundproofing is not very good. I booked a standard room with a king bed, and I don't know about other room types. It's annoying to call to ask for good reviews. The hotel called me and I thought I forgot something, but it turned out to be asking for good reviews. The location is OK, next to Wanda and next to the subway station.

Although it's not luxurious, the view is great. 2. The hotel's service staff is extremely professional and treats guests as friends. This is rare among all the hotels I've stayed in. Most five-star hotels are very polite, but this hotel thinks from your perspective. For example, if I have a bicycle, they will coordinate a reliable plan for how to store it. The cleaning lady will remember your approximate living hours, and the lobby manager and the doorman will chat with you. 3. The Meiling Mountain Scenic Area is behind it. There is no downtown nearby. If you like mountains and rivers and outdoor friends, this place is absolutely suitable, and there is a large hot spring. It is definitely good for recovery to come back from a day of playing in the hot spring.

The front desk lady who arrived at night was very attentive, but when I checked out during the day, the front desk lady was no longer the same one from last night. Her attitude acted as if I owed her eight million. She ignored me no matter what I asked her. She finally replied me a word, which left me speechless. I won't go into details, but anyway, this kind of service attitude is not recommended for receptionists.
