Hotel Gracery Sapporo Reviews

Location of hotel is very convenient. There is a direct way as basement to the Sapporo station. Breakfast is awesome. Recommend to stay. Some day tour pick up point is near by Sapporo station. So just need to walk there.

Gracery Hotel is conveniently located right above the Sapporo Station with plenty of shops and food options within the basement area which also leads to Stellar Place, Daimaru or Tokyu. Walking distance to Clock Tower, famous Odori Ave.

Strategy location. Hotel lift to B1 directly link to underpass to JR sapporo station / metro station. Opposite is Dairuma shopping mall and behind hotel have one family mart. In front hotel have airport bus to Chitose airport.

Great room for a great price in a great location! Super convenient to be right next to Sapporo station for a short trip in and out of Sapporo. The staff was super friendly and accommodating during check in and check out. The double twin room was bigger than a typical ekimae hotel. I would stay again next I’m in Sapporo and assuming the prices are the same.

If i have given a chance to visit Sapporo again i would love to stay here again very convenient , the staff are kind very accomodating( Arigato)

The free shuttle to all of the attractions is perfect. The front desk staff is very helpful. Onsen and other facilities are well managed and stylishly designed. It is right next to the morning market.

The hotel is located across the street from the south exit of JR Sapporo Station, and with easy access to a big shopping area as well as JR and metro systems through the underground pedestrian system. The single-person room I stayed for five nights is not large, but a comfortable one. A double bed with a high-quality firm mattress enables me enjoy my sleep every night. The central air-conditioning system works very well, not dry nor noisy. The only thing I would add in the room is a small safe box. Overall, it's a very nice deal.

Good location, near mrt station and shopping mall. Good for traveller.

We were not notified w any sign that the hotel is under renovation. The noise didn’t appear to affect us perhaps we were outside most of the day. But the building is covered and my room window is basically taped entirely by plastic wrapping that makes you feel like you are in a locked room with only walls. Check in a family took me 20 minutes with staff putting those paper one by one, and, in the interim serving other needs. Rarely and surprising there is no laundry service as a 4 star hotel. Furnitures are old and make me feel like back to the 80s. No electric plugs near the bed. There is a cable charger but the one for iphone use is broken. The room is so small is fine. But the design is not smart enough to allow you open the fridge door. You got to pull the sofa to enable the full opening Bedding is not comfy. There is sheet cover on mattress but it not soft. I was supposed to return to this hotel after heading to another city. I m glad i cancel my returning booking and switched to Forza a nearby even is a 3 star is soooo much better than this place. Will not come again despite the location and breakfast is super.

Connected to Sapporo station with walkway to its basement floor (through some stairs - not fully accessible by wheelchair), a small Lobby is on the 7th floor with self service baggage storage (you can ask for back office storage if you have multiple bags), its a long walk from the elevator to the room and the room is a bit small but OK. lots of good restaurants and shops around and easy transportation with JR, subway and buses.

A very convenient and easy to commute place. Lots of amenities within walking distance.

Room is very big and clean. Beds were very comfortable too! There is an onsen provided by the hotel too. Short walk from Sapporo station

breakfast is good
