We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

When we arrived, we didn't really get a great energy instead we were welcomed by a lady who greeted us like as though our arrival was a disappointment to her. We feedback to the manager and she changed her attitude. But the experience was sort of tampered with because of that. They also have costumes below that you can wear around the lobby or even in your own room. Note that many costumes are not in good condition (Torn, Zipper not working). Overall the experience was still not too bad given its a historic hotel, and the elevator was cool.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and is very close to the subway. The lobby porch is very grand, decorated with European characteristics, with a strong Christmas atmosphere, and there is a card security setting in the elevator. There are lobby service staff, and check-in and check-out are also very efficient. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel, and there are many delicious foods around, especially the Thousand Paper Crane Barbecue and Grilled Eel across the road are very authentic. The hotel front desk service is excellent, the room is upgraded to a larger room for free, and the front desk and customer service answer the phone in time and handle the response efficiently. The room is European style, with all kinds of facilities, and the room service feels more mature and meticulous. There are bathrobes, bathtubs, showers, disposable cotton slippers, and toiletries of good quality. The street view outside the window is wide, and it is especially beautiful when there is morning light and sunset. Disadvantages: The temperature in the room is very high, estimated to be close to 30 degrees, and the quilt is too thick. Later, we had to take out the quilt and only cover it with a single layer of quilt cover. It was too hot and affected sleep. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are only thin and soft without straw. The first layer of the pillow is too low and the second layer is too high, which is uncomfortable. The facilities are a bit old, probably because of the carpet. There is a noticeable smell as soon as you enter the door from the outside, but you will get used to it after staying for a while. The TV is small, the toilet is not smart, the bathroom is a bit cramped, and the location of the tissue box is particularly inconvenient to use. The hair dryer is very small, and the location under the basin is not designed reasonably.

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride
