Today, I went to one of the restaurants in the Empire Center in Tsim Sha Tsui East for dim sum. The restaurant has a spacious and comfortable environment, and sitting by the window offers a sea view. You can place your order by scanning the QR code with your phone. 🔸Char Siu Eel The appearance really fooled me! It looks just like a piece of char siu. The exterior is crispy and hard, similar to char siu, while the eel meat inside is tender. However, I found the honey sauce to be a bit lacking. 🔸Cheese Shrimp Dumplings The shrimp dumplings are large and plump, with a crispy exterior. The shrimp inside is bouncy and savory. 🔸Double Fish Roe Siu Mai The siu mai is large, with bouncy shrimp, chewy pork, and fragrant mushrooms. 🔸Jade Lily Scallop Rice Noodle Roll The rice noodle roll skin is thick and chewy, the lily is sweet, and the scallop is tender. 🔸Fish Maw and Scallop Soup Dumpling The soup is sweet and flavorful, the fish maw is chewy, the scallop is tender, and the dumpling skin is thin and chewy, filled with plenty of shrimp and pork. 🔸Bitter Melon Pan-fried Fish Cake The bitter melon is not bitter, with a crisp and refreshing taste, and the fish cake is soft and not greasy. 🔸Lettuce and Chinese Yam in Broth The lettuce and Chinese yam are crisp, and the lily is sweet. 🔸Smooth Sesame Roll The sesame roll is warm, with a chewy texture and a strong sesame flavor. 📍Club One Victoria Harbour Banquet (Tsim Sha Tsui) 1/F, Empire Center, 68 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui

My friend and I enjoyed a latte and a lamington. The latte had the perfect milk temperture and a great flavor making it smooth and easy to drink. They use their own roasted beans and there’s sample roasting machine inside the cafe. According to the owner, they have a dedicated roasting room where the roasting takes place. Spectrum coffee offers specialty grade coffee, artisanal bagels and house made pastries. the vibe is cozy with a vintage mood as the space looks slightly aged in the best was! I had their honduras bean’s Double espresso. And I was impressed by its good balance and light acidity with notes of apple, apricot. #australiatrip Wild Life bakery is an artisan bakery and cafe located in brunswick east and near Lygon st. They use market lane beans and offer a variety of bakery, sandwiches and brunch options. By the way, they recently collab with masses bagels the masses is a bagel shop that’s about to open their new store in Fitzroy Melbourne. The Collab with wild life bakery was a small yet meaningful two days event:) Those days, they sold their bakery, coffee and also masses bagels! Many people lined up to celebrate their collab haha👍 I had the cinnamon sugar bagel and an Iced Long black. The Cinnamon bagel was so delicious! It wasn’t too sweet perfectly fermented and chewy like sourdough. The iced long black paired very well with the bagel and for the hot weather! Nearby, you’ll find Market Lane, Palace etc. They use Industry beans and offer brunch, coffee and cocktails something. Dame looks like a very aussie style cafe and always seems super busy. The space is spacious both inside and outside so there’s plenty of room for people to sit comfortably. I had a Long black and while I’m not sure about the bean details. It seemed like a single origin. It had a nice balance of sweetness, bitterness and a hint of acidity. Making it easy to drink! #foodie #food

When I visited, I was really impressed by thier cups. Looks so cute and cool! According to the barista, these cups are from china:) I had a Flat white with Klim roasters house blend and a single origin Filter coffee. The Flat white was perfect temperture with silky milk foam and was delicious. The second coffee had peach and oolong tea nuances with a juicy profile that was so easy to drink. Today, I was waiting for a friend to get off work nearby. Since it was cold and I didn't want to go too far for food, I found this burger place near Baptist Hospital. I ordered a single-layer burger 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 The burger is made to order, and what surprised me the most was the crispy edge of the bun, while the inside was soft and tender, which was a pleasant surprise 👍🏻👍🏻. I've never had such an enjoyable burger bun before. The combination of the fried onions and melting cheese with the handmade Angus beef patty was very chewy and juicy. The beef patty was firm and didn't fall apart easily, paired with fresh kale, which is rare in burgers 🥬👍🏻. It was a substantial and genuine meal. My friend ordered a daytime single-layer burger 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 The ingredients were the same as mine, but it had added seaweed flakes and bonito flakes, and the addition of teriyaki sauce made it more flavorful. I didn't expect teriyaki sauce to go so well with a beef burger 👍🏻. It felt like a giant beef version of takoyaki 😂. After eating so much meat, we decided to get a salad. I ordered the chicken avocado pomelo salad 🥗🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 Honestly, the portion size of the salad was surprising, it was huge and the ingredients were plentiful. The chicken was marinated and very flavorful, and they used the tender part of the chicken thigh, which is perfect for salads 👍🏻👍🏻. It was paired with fresh avocado, pomelo, cherry tomatoes, and other fresh vegetables 👍🏻. The pomelo salad dressing was tangy and sweet, very appetizing 🤤. We also ordered 12 fried single-bone chicken wings 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 I really loved these, they were hot and juicy, no joke, they were amazing! They were fried to a golden crisp and were very tasty 👍🏻. We added truffle fries 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 I didn't expect the truffle fries to be so crispy, and the truffle sauce was much richer than what I've had elsewhere 👍🏻👍🏻. It was great because I really love truffle sauce. Finally, we ordered two orange pineapple lemon sodas 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 I originally thought it would be just an ordinary soda, but it turned out to have fresh orange and pineapple juice flavors. The lemon flavor was milder because they added a slice of lemon, so it didn't overpower the other flavors. It was very refreshing and thirst-quenching 👍🏻. I thought there wasn't much good food around, but I discovered a new restaurant. I can try other burgers next time 🤓. There are fewer and fewer small shops like this in Hong Kong, so let's support them 👍🏻. They are a Dessert cafe featuring handmade reating by their talented patissiers, bakers and chefs. Also offer European dining, coffee, gelato and more. The interior is really spacious with many of seating. It looks like it could fit over 100peoples! I had a Longblack with Five senses beans and I could taste the nuttiness and a nice sweetness. In my opinion even though the beans weren’t good quality(because just 5dollor price coffee), the extraction was well done:) Their handmade desserts and gelato looked so delicious too! I am living in brunswick so honestly this cafe is a bit far for me since it’s located in Hawthone east… but it’s close to tooronga station just a 10min walk. You can easily get there. When I visited this cafe the atmosphere was really cozy and nice. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and it’s very spacious. Of all the drinks I had that day, The matcha was especially impressive. At the bottom was a strawberry base, matcha in the middle and cream on top. It looked very beautiful and tasted so yammy😋 Their expresso was also really delicious. Since they run their own roastery, you can taste high quality beans and coffee here! #australiatrip This cafe is converiently located near Sydney Rd and Brunswick Station in Brunswick. They are a roastery and when I visited, I saw a really big space with huge roasting machines. From the out side, this cafe looks like a big factory but once you step inside, you get a different vibe. There are various decorations and growing plants. It’s very cozy atmosphere. I had both a Double Espresso and a Latte. Especially the Double Espresso was really nice. I was made with Ethiopia beans and was very easy to drink. Even though the extraction seemed like a many yield, rather than having any negative effects, it actually enhanced the flavor of the coffee. Making it even easier to enjoy. #foodie #food

This cafe is already very famous and always busy because they have been operating for many years and their specialty coffee is really popular that’s why many Mel baristas and customers love proud mary coffee. So far, actually I’ve been to Proud Mary only once. But I’m very familiar with their coffee flavor. Because sometimes I was able to attend Aunty peg’s weekly and monthly cupping. Also some of the other cafes I had visited were using Proud Mary coffee bean! When I visited Proud Mary It was almost closing time. So it was very quiet. I ordered a Honduras single origin Longblack with natural procesing. This coffeehad a really strong impact. It featured high acidity and the sweet flavors of fruit:) The after tasty had a light sweetness like syrupy that was big impressive!! #foodie #food

#australiatrip Sani. This is the second venue of the Dumbo cafe located in west footscray. The place is very spacious and looks quite fancy restaurant. There are a lot of seats and of course take aways are also available! They are serving the Locale Coffee Roastery and use beans from famous guest roasters from various cafes. So whenever you can order a pour over or single espresso. I had a batch brew only, which was made with mantaray beans. It tasted great. Inpressive…😆 The interior of Tone Coffee was spacious than I thought. There are many of seats, making it a comfortable place to enjoy. When I visited Tone Coffee, I had already many coffees that day. However I was curious about the taste of their roastery coffee so I decided to try a Long black with single origin. It had really korean style taste. There wasn’t much acidity. They only have 3 vegetarian options for dimsum : Charcoal bun, yam filled pig bun, and rose floret bun. The charcoal custard bun ($8.80) is to die for, with melty custard filling inside, the besttt! Rose floret bun ($1.80) is filled with red bean, sprinkled with rose petals and eaten with condesed milk. While the piggy bun ($ 2.80) is filled with yam. . For the main dishes, they have few vegetarian options, like stir fried vegetables, some eggplants dishes, noodle, and some tofu dishes. Crispy charcoal tofu ($9.80) is really unique in a good way, crunchy outside but very soft inside and match with the savoury garlic, so good, a must order! Decided to order the chocolate log cake and korillakkuma frizzy strawberry soda for the drink. The cake is nice, its soft, moist, topped with rilakkuma chocolate, matcha crumbs, cornflakes, vanilla ice cream and strawberry. Really cute but too pricey (price is $21.90). The drink is the cutest! Strawberry soda with fluffy cotton candy, so refreshing and not too sweet, price is $16.90. For main dishes, the burger and pasta have vegetarian friendly option, the patty in the hamburger will be replaced with sunny side up. Didnt try their main dishes, maybe will visit again next time. Every corner of this restaurant is decorated with vintage theme, so pretty! They have outdoor seating too.
