The desk staff deleted my email booking then they talk me to give the email booking. Lucky we have save the booking number. My partner found my email booking in trash email. because they said they are full double bed they cant provide. They gave us 2 single bed. We got a cheap price on agoda. We book superior double bed. They said it is full and on vacation people book a lot. Then they should call and check with us if they cant give the room like booking. They ask us to add money and upgrade the room. They said because we book on agent agoda then we should contract agoda. They dont do anything with that. We derived far from city to get a room with 2single bed for a couple. Very disappointed Never come back again. Dont recommend anyone to come here.

Decent priced rooms for the location. They are not expensive compared to its neighbouring hotels that are of a similar quality. The hotel is about 1 year old so it still feels newish. We had a smooth check in and the staff who helped us bring the luggage to our room was so kind and friendly. Easy location to walk to restaurants or to take taxi to get to other places in Nimman. Wouldn't mind staying here again if I come to this area next time. We stayed in building 3 room 209. It's very fast to exit the building from this room.

Location is great. I checked in very late, after midnight and they still have receptionist to serve my check in. Very quick and easy, no need deposit. I stayed here before, but this time when I entered the room it was quite smelly, perhaps from the toilet side. It has all the amenities you need for the stay. Because it’s location at Ninman, do expect heavy traffic jam getting to there hotel and out from hotel.

The hotel itself nearby main road and walking distance to Nimmanhaemin but in the back which is crowded area very dark and scary to walk through the room is big but the bathroom is too small for toilet the facilities is good as standard unfortunately they not 24 hours for front desk and the night my room up stairs very noisy from so one walks a lot .

Clean and well looked after hotel. Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room. Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)

It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

Located far out of the actual city centre of Chiang Mai but after some further exploring you will find a whole street with restaurants and coffee shops just behind the hotel. The rooms might need some renovations but the room size is great value for the price paid. A lot better than it seems on first impression. Recommend albeit some shortcomings.

Nakornping Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai is a charming and cozy retreat. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere. A place far far away from town and also Mon Jam. I was planning to stay 1 night in Mon Jam actually, however I didn’t noticed the homestay is another mountain from Mon Jam (called Pong Yaeng) which was Trip.com suggested to me when I search for hotels of Mon Jam. I booked it for family trip, we called the Grab to send us to there so that we can check in and drop the bags first. I must to say, the way to get to the homestay was quite thrilling cause the last section of the way were rugged mountain road, luckily the driver was expertly to send us there safely. After we settled down and want to go out to Mon Jam for sightseeing, there were no car to pick us up through Grab cause we were too far away from town. Although the host had help us to ask for the ride, there was no reply too. Even if yes, it cost around 400-500 THB which was very expensive tho. So we were stuck in the homestay to having the peace and silence. Luckily we can still order food from the host when we feeling hungry, having the meal with the mountain view and BBQ+hotpot for dinner were also some good experiences here. Actually the place was quite good and the host was very nice, I’m sure there would be a good place to stay if you are not concerned about the location and looking for some peaceful stay. But I would strongly recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or even a driver, just in case you want to go somewhere else for sightseeing. Or you can go to play or sightseeing before going to the homestay, it’s all up to you😉

The accommodation has a good atmosphere. The view while eating grilled pork is beautiful. I recommend eating grilled pork at 5 pm. When I went, the weather was very cold, 17 degrees, sitting and eating grilled pork at 5 pm, watching the sunset, the sky is very beautiful. If it's winter, I recommend bringing lots of long-sleeved shirts. Overall, the accommodation is good, the room is beautiful, the room smells good, everything is good, but the price is a bit expensive, but it's worth it. The large grilled pork set is worth it. You can eat it twice and still not finish it.

This is a hidden gem, the roadtrip is fun and the place is amazing, the view is great. Staff are super friendly and the food is great!

Proud Phu Fah was neat to stay at, but difficult for exploring Chiang Mai. We enjoyed feeling like we were staying in the jungle, and the room was clean and well-kept. There were three breakfast options, including one American breakfast, and the staff at the restaurant were especially pleasant. We were glad to have access to a pool, although it was a little chilly, even with pretty warm weather. In hindsight, we should have stayed closer to the city since we wanted to spend most of our time exploring Chiang Mai. There was a hotel driver available for an extra cost (1000 baht for a 1-way trip) who was very kind and flexible with our desires to go to the city. Once in the city, we had an easy time finding a Grab (like Uber) driver back to the hotel for a smaller cost. However, being about an hour away from the Old Town part of the city made for longer days. Overall, Proud Phu Fah would be a great place to stay if you are looking to hang out at the hotel most of the time! If you are wanting to explore Chiang Mai and go on excursions to an elephant sanctuary, the sticky waterfall, or Doi Inthanon, you're probably better off staying in the city instead!

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

Love this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

In the peaceful embrace of ”Onsen at Moncham,” I found a perfect place that soothed my personality. From the calming hot springs that melted away my worries to the cozy rooms that felt like a warm hug, every moment was a treasure. The kind staff made me feel like best friend. Unfortunately, by the time that I arrived, it was raining and foggy. However, it didn't stop me from the beauty of nature and place. If you're seeking a magical escape where nature and comfort dance together, ”Onsen at Moncham” is your ticket to a world of pure bliss and joyous memories.

Very impressed with both the atmosphere and the service. The facilities are complete. Everyone is smiling. The environment is very good. There is a stream next to the accommodation, suitable for relaxation. I recommend it. You must try to stay here and experience something good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel is about a 30-min drive from Chiang Mai, nestled into a beautiful countryside with rolling hills. We booked the valley deluxe scenery room on the ground floor, which has a calming view of trees and mountains. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need; the bed is huge. The infinity pool overlooks a mountain with a white temple (worth a visit!). Food (Western and Thai) is delicious and reasonably priced. But what stood out above everything was how friendly the staff is here. We felt really welcome and well looked after. We'll definitely be back!

A short distance from downtown Chiangmai frequented by well-off locals. Yes, it might be a bit off the well trodden tourist sites in Chiangmai but if one could spare a day or two here, the beauty of this hotel and its gardens would leave any visitor breathless. One doesn't come here to savour the delicacies of Northern Thailand, there are other places to indulge oneself. One doesn't come here for 5 star service, there are both local and international hotels in town for that purpose. One comes here to get away from the hustlesof the city, to appreciate the expansive well-tended surroundings and most of all, to recharge and relax. Turn a blind eye to some of the little flaws and faults of this mangificient hotel, one would be rewarded with a break few tourists to Chiangmai would ever experience.

This was our second time to come and stay at the resort with the family last time. When we came first time we really enjoyed the resort. It was very beautiful small but clean stuff were very good. Breakfast was awesome and that's one of the reasons we came back second time with the family. Please keep up your promotion. Let us know whenever you have promotion. We stayed as a couple in November 2022, the hotel, it’s grounds, the rooms and the pool are beautiful. The staff are generally friendly especially the main reception gentleman who was there and always willing to help 24/7. Whilst the hotel was beautiful, there are a few improvements that are needed to allow guests to have a better stay. The breakfast wasn’t great at all and we paid quite a lot extra for this (as the hotel is a 30 minute drive from town). There are two options, a Thai breakfast (minced pork with eggs although we didn’t try this) or an American breakfast. There are no options for fruit, yoghurt or any cereals. The American breakfast shown on the menu doesn’t come as shown and instead comes with frozen vegetables (rather than beans, mushrooms etc). From the second day I just asked for eggs or eggs on toast which we found to be best. The pictures online led us to think there were lots of breakfast options so we paid extra for this but this isn’t the case. We raised this with staff but we’re told the pictures weren’t right. The hotel is quite far out, but we liked this for a peaceful and tranquil stay in between our day trips out. Whilst you can buy water, smoothies and tea & coffee it would have been nicer to have access to water (maybe a water fill up station) tea and coffee all day round the pool. You do have access to two bottles of water in the room each day but this wasn’t really enough if you’re spending the day round the pool. There is a mini market 5 mins away where you can get some supplies from. There is an on-site gym which has enough if you want to workout, the pool area is lovely and everything is decorated really beautifully. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but a better breakfast option at the least needs to be improved given how far away from any other food options the hotel is.

Quiet and comfortable, an ideal place to return to nature I recently stayed at this nature resort, and even had lion cubs to pet, it was a very relaxing experience. This resort is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters. It is an accommodation option not to be missed for those who love nature. Environment and atmosphere The resort is surrounded by greenery and the air is fresh. You can hear birds singing in the early morning and fall asleep to the chirping of insects at night. As soon as you walk out of the room, you can see trees, flowers, and even a stream flowing by, as if you are in a paradise. When I got up in the morning, I met a little lion out for a walk. It was such a surprise! Facilities and Rooms The room is decorated mainly with logs and natural elements, which is simple yet warm. There are comfortable seats on the balcony where you can leisurely enjoy the natural scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, making you completely relaxed. Service and Experience The staff are warm and friendly, and the service is considerate. They are willing to help with many issues and make people feel at home. Overall Rating This is a truly relaxing, back-to-nature resort. If you are tired of the busy life in the city, this will be a good place to slow down and enjoy the tranquility. I highly recommend it to travelers who like natural scenery and relaxation. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

If, like us, you are looking for somewhere to relax after your travels then Sela is absolutely the perfect place to unwind, just 30 mins outside Chiangmai. The building is beautiful and the staff are most welcoming and attentive. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is immaculate, tucked away and with ample shade. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and Windows restaurant, open from midday, offers delicious dishes to suit all tastes. It is perhaps surprising to discover that the property was built very recently as it echos the style and grandeur of yesteryear. I’m certain this beautiful hotel will soon become a go-to destination for anyone wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of Chiangmai for the peace and quiet of the countryside. All in all this property is an absolute gem

For city dwellers looking to unwind from the hustle and bustle, don't hesitate to get the slightly pricer mountain view suites - it is well worth the money! The Chantra suite was amazing (photos just don't do it enough justice). Very spacious, had a big bathtub, huge mirrors and balcony with a view to die for. Do note, however, that this place is truly VERY out of town with no grab service. There is quite literally no where you can walk to (aside from within the compound), so you are kinda 'stuck' in the resort - even for food you'll have to get from their (really good) restaurant. So this is not for those who want to explore the old town, temple hop or do shopping. BUT, this is absolutely perfect for that getaway where you do nothing but read, listen to music and well... waste the day away just staring at the mountains and clouds. Food is really good too, get the staff to recommend and you'll never go wrong! View of the restaurant is great and if you are lucky, you'll be in the company of two very gentle dogs. Some very minor room for improvement would be cleanliness, language and service... I guess. Don't get me wrong, these are already at a 7 point grade, but it could be much better! For cleanliness, floor was clean but high dusting was not done, so you see webs on the lights and stuff, curtains were dusty too. Place is also in need of some repainting/maintenance - some very obvious cracks could be seen on the walls. Language wise, one or two staff could do basic English, but it would seem they are not as used to foreign tourists as the hotels in the city centre. But even so, they were always very friendly and smiling :) Service was pretty good - they had a buggy to take you around, staff were always willing to help if you approached them and they even offered me a take away box when i had to check out early in the morning! Thank you! What i thought would sweeten the deal even more is if they could offer more snacks, fruits and drinks in the room - they provide the basics but to be 'stuck' in this place with no convenience store nearby, i think it would be great if we had more options beyond instant coffee, coke and a few pieces of cookies to last the whole stay. But all in all, this was a great place to stay. Pricey? Yes. But the view and serenity of the place is just so, so calming and rejuvenating. I would certainly come back! *P.S. I stayed in Sep during the monsoon season. It would seem this is a lull period so there aren't many guests. I only saw one other group of guests in my two days there.

If you love nature, this place is more suitable than the hotels in the city. There is no noise from the airport, no noisy streets, only the leisurely fields, birds singing and flowers blooming. It is more convenient to go to Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep than to stay in a hotel in the city. It was Christmas and New Year's Eve when I checked in, and it was particularly difficult to find a chartered car to Doi Inthanon. The female boss at the front desk who could speak Chinese (it seemed to be) kept helping me call and find a chartered car driver. She was very patient. I finally found one after searching for a long time, and she also helped me bargain. Thumbs up for the boss. 👍👍👍👍

My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

Only about 20 km from central Chiang Mai, you find yourself in an oasis of luxury and greenery. The Veranda offers extraordinary service, from check in to dining to the spa. The balcony of our room overlooked the tea plants, plus a view into the mountains. The infinity pool also provides a dramatic view into the surrounding hills, while having one of the signature drinks as you relax. The spa was sooo relaxing. With a private ”cottage” approach, there was privacy while still enjoying the open sky. I really enjoyed the steam shower, something new to me, while the sunken tub was luxurious in which to just be unperturbed. I understand the lotions used are derived from the staff, and I have to say the scents and feel were quite delightful. I had some tightness in my shoulders and lower back, and my masseuse was quite adept at rubbing those spots until I was relaxed. If you are looking for a unique place to enjoy yourselves, then I highly recommend the Veranda. This is not a location for evening dancing, rather a spot to fully relax and feel pampered. With beautiful cuisine preparations, soothing spa massage, and an enjoyable evening swim in the pool, you will restore your inner energies! It is even a photographic place, with many locations to take great photos! I'm already missing their specialty drinks!
