Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao. This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be. From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise). Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

I decided to go on my first trip with my children in Macau for the first time in 10 years. Studio City is famous for its child-friendly hotel, so I made a reservation without worrying. Thank you Simon for your active attitude and service when you have difficulty using the room in the wonderful Eiffel Tower view.I want to visit again because it remains as an unforgettable memory.

Feels like staying in a castle. The Grand Lisboa Palace hotel is a new hotel that is worth staying. The room is huge and amenities are very new. It is an integrated hotel with Casino and shopping mall inside. There are so many restaurants to choose from and I would suggest dining at Mesa for dinner or lunch. Check out the other hotel resto and wander around the Jardim Secreto which is like a maze manicured greenery. On a down side it lacks personalization even a short note as welcome message in the room and it doesn’t have a smart toilet. The shower room is relaxing you can sit and rest.

Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.

Location: Obviously, if you can find a taxi, the hotel is only 5 minutes from the main Cotai *****. But if you need to walk, you need to walk past Grand Lisboa, Wynn and MGM to get to Londoner and the rest of the *****. Facilities: Very small (unheated) swimming pool only. There is a playroom for toddlers but not big. There is a video game arcade but the games are for older kids. Not recommended for young toddlers if you plan to spend time at the hotel. Also no ****** so the mall is quite quiet (which may not necessarily be a bad thing). Breakfast: breakfast is served at 3 places: buffet at Loccitane cafe which is western but quite small, buffet at the Cha chaan teng which is decent sized but serves mainly Chinese food, set breakfast at the noodle shop on the other side of the hotel. So if you expect a big buffet selection serving both western and Chinese food, this is not the place. All in all decent place to stay for couples if the price is right.

Very nice hotel, location maybe no thet best but convenient to explore Macau. The room is generally clean and has a very good design, the king size bed is also very comfortable. The water pressure is very stable and easy to adjust, their lobby is also very beautiful. The lady who checked in us was very kind upgraded our room to the seaview room, overall we are very satisfied. We would come back to stay again in the future

The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.

Well this is fine hotel with good view to Macao centre and Vasco da Gama square across the road. This hotel keep old style design of 80s in the good condition with restaurant on the first floor. Room is small for us, but comfortable! Surprisingly we have only 2 breakfast for 2adults+1child, so for child need to pay extra even if he didn't eat. Food variety on breakfast is more asian style, but we are lucky to get a slice of cheese 🧀 with bread) They provide shuttle bus, which is good. What is really good to find a nice swimming pool inside after all! We enjoy our stay there.

What impressed me most was that I could easily and quickly reach the must see attractions in this city. The hotel is brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident. From clean sheets to spotless bathrooms, every corner of the room has been meticulously cleaned. Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable. I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
