Fantastic location and clean beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. View is amazing. Shower is strong watwater is hot. Staff are friendly and patient. There is a spa for massage. I had foot spa and guasha. Reasonably priced. I extended my stay.

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

WOW !! We were absolutely blown away by this amazing Hotel. We couldn't believe that everything looks just as good in real life as you see in the photos. We booked the room which we believe looks the best and has the best view (located on the top floor) and were so happy we chose it. Staying here was such an amazing and unique experience that we can't wait to stay here again for our next trip to China. Here are the highlights of our time here: 1) As mentioned before, our suite has 100% the best views of any Hotel in Yangshuo. It really does have a 270 Degree view and you can also see the sky thanks to partial glass roof. 2) The whole area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a getaway from the busy life in the city 3) The Hotel's staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with any request at any hour. One of the best customer service experiences we ever had! 4) The entire building and our room was very well maintained and clean 5) There is also a lovely swimming pool which we did not have the chance to use but it looks very nice 6) The location is simply perfect for what we wanted. And considering how cheap the taxis are (less than 10 Yuan to get to the city centre) it's well worth staying here. You can also walk for about 20 minutes to get in the city. 7) Although it is not technically a full service hotel, we really appreciated all the services provided, especially the daily housekeeping when they replaced our towels, etc 8) The video projector is a nice touch, and so is the HUGE bathtub which can probably fit 4 adults 9) As Westerners we also really appreciated the electronic / japanese-style toilet with automated flushing and all the functions 10) The air conditioner is surprisingly powerful and can easily keep up with very hot weather even if you open all the curtains Things worth noting: 1) The mattress was a bit firm for us and the pillows a bit too thin for our liking 2) The projector is set up for Chinese users and, unless you cast from your phone or mirror the screen, you won't have much luck 3) The bathtub would have been even better if it were jetted (like a jacuzzi), but this is not really an issue Overall this is certainly one of the best hotels you can choose in Yangshuo and we can 100% recommend staying here.

I have a very good stay at Global Village Hotel. The location is convenient. It is close to Guilin Train Station. The Xiangshan, Fubo, Zhengyang Street, and Xiaoyao Tower are within reach by public transport. The room and washroom are clean and well equipped. The front desk service is friendly, helpful, and responsive. It would be my go-to choice in Guilin.

Really cute and nice hotel! You get a free coffee voucher for their cafe next door and the outdoor area is nice to grab a coffee and look at the river. The coffee prices are good. The rooms looks like the pictures. Groceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel and the food is great. Tell them to point out the famous beef noodle place 5 minutes away it is the best! For breakfast or lunch 😊

The room is clean and tidy, the accommodation environment is very quiet, the experience is very good, and the front desk staff has a good service attitude. They can help to deal with any problems reasonably and are very patient. The transportation conditions nearby are also relatively convenient. It is very convenient to take a taxi or take the subway, and the price is relatively favorable. There is a voice butler in the room, and you can ask Xiaole to turn on the air conditioner and TV. There is also a night light at the head of the bed, which is very humane. The main thing is that you don’t have to get up to turn off the lights. It is simply my blessing!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. It's also very close to East-West Lane and Jingjiang Palace. Everything is almost complete. It would be perfect if there was breakfast!

Location is about 500m from Nanning Railway Station. Very close the Railway MRT station. Walking distance to malls and pedestrian street. Hotel building is shared by many other tenants. I understand the hotel rooms are from 10th floor upwards.It may not look grand due to ageing structure and slow elevator. The rooms are however, new clean and bright and spacious. Aircon and wifi is excellent. Highly recommend for the price.

Very nice place. Hotel was clean no issues. Very nice view from my hotel room and also nearby the Reed Flute Cave so you can just go to the place whenever. It should only take you like an hour to explore the cave. I personally took 2 hours since I spent a lot of time taking pictures. More importantly, the receptionist is very hospitable. I had nothing booked and planned and she helped me out with booking everything needed.

The place was located just a minute's walk from Yangshuo West St and conveniently also not in the pedestrian part of town for ease of taxi/DiDi/scooter hire access. We were served a nicely portioned breakfast of Guilin rice noodles and congee as part of our booking and wish we could have stayed longer.

Rooms are amazing as advertised. Room is huge and totally no hint of second hand smoke. Our family enjoy gathering on the roof top, enjoying the breeze and the views. My son love the play area on the ground floor. The owner is friendly and they purposely served us with a local tea beverage to welcome us from abroad. Overall a good holiday experience. Tips: Their price for attraction are one of the lowest I I've seen

We have wonderful time in Guilin especially our stay at Wing hotel. Hotel is next to the walking street and just opposite the Li river. The two pagodas and elephant trunk are in walking distance (around 1 km). Room is very clean, we book a family room so there is special amenity for kids as well as the decoration. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, they recommend nice breakfast shop and also give us some water and magnets as souvenir. Highly recommend!

Extremely extremely great customer service. They had bike rental (at market rate) & also provided tours/ticket purchase for popular attractions (they got better rates than most online sites & tour agencies). Better to just book with them directly. Felt super well taken care of throughout my stay there and receptionist jiejie was always providing me with the best advices on how to go about my day and where to get the most value purchases. You can feel that they are genuinely trying to help you and not make money from you which is really rare in such a touristy location. Also almost got scammed and they problem solved it with me, helped me to scold the scammers and got my money back. Super grateful for them. Extremely amazing hosts & very nice place. Would definitely come back and recommend y’all to stay with them as well!

THE best hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life. Whether in France, Italy, Denmark, Canada, China or any country I've visited, the hotel room I had in this hotel is the BEST. It's brand new and just perfect, I don't even have anything else to say 😅 Staff was overall great and it's only 10RMB to go to the Xingping by Didi (the room will be worth it trust me). 10/10 would recommend I'd live there if I could. I quite literally took pictures and videos as reference for my house 😂

Stayed in Zen VIP room on the 6th floor. It was exactly how it was described and we loved it! None of the receptionists speaks English but one of them in particular is extremely kind and helpful. Use your translation app to converse and communicate unless one of your people speaks Chinese. We are American/Japanese mixed family and our daughter assisted us as a translator (she takes Chinese at school). For Guilin and Yangshuo, it’s not easy without Chinese. I highly recommend staying at a hotel with English speaking receptionists unless you or someone in your group speaks Chinese to maximize the stay (or hire a guide). The breakfast is only 15 RMB and it’s super simple Chinese food. If you want western style, you must stay at a different hotel. They have rental bikes but they run out fast Overall, this hotel was amazing for us. The room, location, kind receptionist and room cleaning lady. The pictures are taken from our room. Highly recommend this for the right people. .

I came to Yangshuo with my parents and children. This hotel made our first visit feel like a spring breeze. The service was considerate and enthusiastic. My mother had a bad leg and was in a wheelchair. The reception staff was very warm and helpful. They responded to all requests. The room environment was particularly good. The hotel has a great location. It was like living in an oil painting for the past two days. I was lucky to experience two room types, both of which were great. The elderly and children didn't want to leave. I will book again and again~

The hotel is brand new, but it has basically no decoration. The room lighting is well designed and very bright. There are large French windows, smart toilets, and self-service laundry with dryers. The hotel is in a very good location. There is a pedestrian street right outside. The rooms are clean and tidy. The first time I stayed for three consecutive nights, I went out for a trip and checked in again. The first time I was given a room without windows, I said it was too stuffy, the waiter changed my room, it was a tatami, I am an old man, how can I sleep on tatami, the front desk said there were no other rooms, I almost didn't sleep well that night. This is unreasonable, because I booked it together with the 12th check-in, since I booked it early, why didn't you keep a room for me? I originally planned to stay for two more days on the 18th and 19th, but later the itinerary changed, so I refunded the 18th and kept the 19th. As a result, the room rate for the 19th was not the original room rate I booked, and it increased by 18 yuan. I think this is unreasonable. I booked it together, why did I have to increase the price after modifying it? Later, I called Ctrip customer service and told them about it, and the customer helped me solve it. I stayed in this hotel for a total of five days, all booked together, and this problem occurred in the middle, so I think they have problems with management. But the room on the last day was still good, I hope they can pay attention to this problem in the future.

The hotel is right next to the train station and subway, very convenient for traveling but because of this, the train vibration noise can be a problem for sensitive sleepers. The room is clean and well equipped for our needs and the Aircon works well, but the shower tray drains really slowly and you literally stand in your own shower puddle. Breakfast is minimal, all in a bag with bread, a boiled egg and cartoon milk. Also the hotel has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Overall we had a good stay in Nanning at this hotel.

The smell of smoke permeates the hotel which is the only thing that bothered me. I requested for non smoking rooms and the staff kindly tried to find rooms with least smell of smoke but unfortunately every time someone starts smoking in another room the smell will waft through the aircon vents even late at night, making the pillow case and bedsheets smell faintly of smoke. Hence the 3 stars for cleanliness. Staff service is excellent and checking in and out was a breeze. Location is also excellent with airport bus drop off right next to the hotel. Despite facing the busy main intersection, soundproofing is great without any traffic noise once windows are shut. Beds are also very comfortable. Perhaps those who are less sensitive to smoke will be alright staying here as it’s great value for the location.

Convenient and accessible locations to the metro, shopping district and Chaoyang Square, a very lively area to stay at. The hotel is super clean and tidy, can't find any fault with the cleanliness and service of the hotel. The staff were also friendly in extending their help in every possible way. As an example, they immediately gave me a bottle of medication for external application when I told them that I had sprained my ankle. Kudos to the front desk staff! The cleaners also did an excellent job in ensuring ultimate cleanliness. Super impressed with the complimentary self service laundry facility at the hotel. If I need to comment on one improvement for the hotel would be the breakfast. While it's great for the hotel to offer complimentary breakfast for the guests, I find that the spread was too basic and the few items I had was only hard boiled eggs, fruits, corn and sweet potatoes. Highly recommend anyone to check out this hotel if you are visiting Nanning.

It's not easy to find this hotel, but once you do, it's a great place to stay. It's very convenient for the train and subway stations. The rooms are immaculate, the bed and pillows are comfortable by Western standards, the showers are terrific, there's a fancy lighting and sound system in each room, and overall it's just a nice hotel. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. It was my first day in China, and everything was complicated by not having the mobile payment apps set up yet. The front desk staff guided me through the hassle, and made a tough situation much easier.

The hotel's pick-up service was very good. When we arrived at the airport, we called for a taxi. When we walked to the designated location, the taxi arrived after waiting for about 10 minutes. The hotel is a bit far from the airport, about 15 minutes' drive. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good. We booked a drop-off for the next morning when we checked in. When we were waiting for the bus 5 minutes early, the front desk said that we did not book a bus. Fortunately, the driver was at the hotel and did not go to see anyone else off, so he arranged for us to get there. .

The newly opened Hanting has a very good location, just a 5-10 minute walk from Chaoyang Square subway station. Surrounded by the old city of Nanning, there are many old-fashioned/residential noodle shops, restaurants and markets. Sanjieliangxiang is also nearby. There is a bus stop downstairs, which is very convenient overall. The whole building consists of three hotels, and you can swipe your card to go directly to the room floor, which is relatively safe. The room facilities are new, hot water is sufficient, and the bedding is comfortable. There is room for improvement: 1 There is a square open KTV and school downstairs, which is noisy, so you need to be cautious about the quiet environment; 2 The clarity of the TV projection screen may degrade the original mobile phone video; 3 The trash can in the room is relatively small.
