Go up to the 24th floor. When you get off, there's only one open door on the right. That's the office. When you go there and tell him the name of the accommodation, he'll say it's the owner. Then, if you give him your passport, he'll take care of registering your stay. You will probably download the essential apps for traveling to China from Korea, but the owner of this accommodation will tell you everything via WeChat, so you just need to remember to use WeChat. I was assigned to a room on the 35th floor, and the owner accompanied me to the room and told me the location. He also explained how to use the key well. This place is located very close to day and night markets, so you will not have a hard time finding food. The price and location were definitely great, but the washroom area can be improved a bit. During my stay, toilet paper isn't provided, so you'll need to remember to bring your own. The water heating system can be a little irratic, so one moment you have nice warm water and the next you might be shocked with some cold water for a while. The beds are open bunks with privacy curtains. You will get some privacy, but you will still hear everyone else around you. Overall, I like the place.

I booked for 2 nights but they don’t provide any room cleaning and mineral water for the second day. Overall it is worth it for budget traveller , it is not far, not close too, from the subway station line 2 : yi er jiu jie station. I walked less than 10 minutes to reach the station, using Baitu Maps. Dalian is really beautiful, will come back again next year.

Facilities inside can be better, no elevator from the ground floor, stairs have to be taken first. Second, there are very annoying door sills all around the hotel, causing trouble and a lot of noise with everything that has to be moved over it (luggage, carts of the cleaning staff).

Literally the best hotel apartment I’ve stayed in in Shenyang 🔥 what blew my mind the most was how friendly the person who helped us was. The room is very clean! Loved everything about it

The whole house is smart, you can turn off the lights and turn on the TV while in bed, the facilities in the house are clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is clean and hygienic

It's very conveniently located--on the quieter side of the main train station and right next to a huge hot springs complex. It's a good thing that they have a few rooms without windows--I'll choose one of them if I return in the middle of winter.

Best location with affordable price. Just a few steps to the broken bridge and river cruise. Restaurants are just around the corner. The owner/front desk person is helpful and accommodating. Neat, nice and clean room. To find this hotel just follow the map direction and ask the restaurant people nearest to it. They will point you to the back part wher the entrance of this hotel is located.

It has the same front desk as Home Inn, which is on the 1st to 3rd floors. For food, it is easier to walk to the bus terminal. There is a restaurant with delicious cold noodles. The reception at the front desk was very welcoming. Health: average health

Location of hotel very convenient, about 5 minutes walk to railway station. Convenience store is next door but cooked food you need to walk a short distance. Reception courteous and friendly but the hotel lobby is small and allows people to smoke is 🤪 as I was waiting for the elevator to my room. I book a discounted room so everything is as discounted. Clean bedsheets but dirty carpet flooring, traces of food crumbs, nail clipping, egg shells. Toilet is clean with basic amenities but clogged drainage . Towels needs changing or replaced. Room service only clears rubbish but do not tidy the bed or replace used towels
