MinT can be useful for Wikipedia readers to access knowledge available in other languages. The initial ideas explored (T340997) will be represented in several multilingual prototypes for the research (T348349) to be conducted with Hindi (hi), Chattisgarhi (hne), Awadhi (awa) and Korean (ko) speakers. A) Surfacing missing sections after the article
After the article content, a card is shown with the additional sections present in other languages where machine translation can be used to learn from. Users canswitch the languages (exploring which sections are available in the languages where content is available), access machine translations for each section and explore links (to access the local contents or machine translations depending on whether an article exists in the target language), and review a translation to contribute a new section.

The video captures the following scenario:
- The user is reading an article about the Moon in their local language (Hindi, Chattisgarhi, Awadhi, and Korean).
- After the article, an "Automatic translation" section informs the user that there are additional sections in other languages for aspects about the Moon that are not covered in the local language.
- The option to read an automatic translation is selected by the user as a way to learn about those contents.
- The user access a list of machine translated sections from another language (English is used as the default source language to translate from in the prototypes in Hindi, Chattisgarhi, Awadhi and Korean).
- The user can change the language pair to translate from/to other languages (the prototype does not support actually changing the languages but presents the option to evaluate it). In the process of selecting a different source language, an overview is provided to let the user know which sections are available in each version. This may be useful for those interested in learning about a particular aspect regardless of the language it was written in.
- From the list of machine translated sections, the user selects the "Origin of the Moon".
- The translation loads one paragraph at a time signaling it is automatically created.
- The user explores links, getting a preview card for them. In some cases ("Isotope dating", and "Giant impact hypothesis") the articles do not exist in the local language and the user is provided the option to read a machine translation. In other cases ("Origin of the solar system") the article exists in the local language and the option is provided to open it on Wikipedia and read it in the local language.
- For each machine translation section an option to "Review the automatic translation" is available. The user selects such option and a dialog provides some context information about how can the user contribute.
- The user selects the option to "Correct and add to the article" and a quick tutorial is shown to illustrate the process for creating a translation for a Wikipedia article section.
- The user access the translation editor where a proposed translation is shown for each sentence in order to be reviewed and corrected by the user.
B) Language selector
When the user tries to switch to another language with the language selector, the access to machine translation is provided through the indicator of missing languages (top) and the menu to add new languages (bottom).

C) Invite to Language Selector
When the user access a page in a language they may not know, an invite to access a machine translated version is provided. The invite is attached to the language selector where options such as the ones in the previous prototype can be provided too.

D) Search
When searching, results from other languages are surfaces to provide access to machine translation.

E) Machine Translation Home
A main entry point for users to access machine translated versions of the article of their choice. Users can search for an article and access machine translated versions of the sections of the article. Similarly to previous prototypes, users can explore the contents available int he different source languages. Here it is also possible to search for a otpic in both the source and the target language.
