Improve developer experience by:

1. Fixing distracting project warnings, both compile time and runtime if possible
2. Remove unnecessary console logging (particularly the MEP config response which is now huge).
3. Resolve CocoaLumberjack package versions.

Notes for QA

1. Observe user buttons on diff view, confirm no regressions occurred.
2. Confirm no regressions to animated gifs (Look up Gifs on EN Wikipedia, confirm gallery looks good)
3. Confirm no regressions to image gallery
4. Confirm no regressions to legacy popovers: Search more languages button and Article navigation bar W logo has one. I had difficulty triggering these though, I'm not certain on the business logic behind them.
