#APTajikistan is looking for a local consultant to join our team! 📢 Accelerate Prosperity is looking for Marketing Officer who will play a key role in the development and implementation of the AP marketing strategy, ensuring high recognition and engagement on key platforms. Title: Marketing & Events Officer Location: Dushanbe city Duration: 1 year (with possible extension) Application Deadline: March 14, 2025 ⭕ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance AP’s visibility and engagement. • Establish tools and metrics to track and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels. • Develop strategies to improve AP’s outreach and engagement in key events and initiatives. • Provide strategic marketing support to cross-functional teams within AP. • Support the Partnerships Manager by providing relevant data and insights for donor reporting and stakeholder engagement. • Identify opportunities for brand expansion and new marketing channels. • Facilitate AP’s participation in key industry events and strategic partnerships. • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to support collaborative marketing efforts. ⭕ Must Have: • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, performance tracking, and brand management. • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Communications/Marketing roles. • Strong technical skills in marketing analytics, branding, and strategic communication. • Experience in developing and optimizing marketing tools and performance metrics. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions • Oral and written fluency in English, Tajik, and Russian. ⭕ Good-to-Have: • Experience working with international organizations or donor-funded programs. • Familiarity with mass media and public relations strategies. 📩 Applicants should submit a CV (max. 2 pages) and respond to the question: “Why should we choose you?” in an open format (written, video, presentation, or another creative medium). #Kyrgyzstan More than 350 girls and women gathered to celebrate February 11 Yesterday the Innovation Center hosted the Female in Sciencepreneurship event marathon in honor of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. The event emphasized the significance of women and girls engaging in science, innovation, IT, and other traditionally male-dominated fields. Accelerate Prosperity, the #1 accelerator in Kyrgyzstan, organized a panel discussion featuring female speakers from various sectors. They discussed the importance of breaking stereotypes, providing education for girls, and how these factors influence the economy, culture, and social development. The event also included a Demo Day for the #WomenCUP hackathon, part of an incubation program co-financed by the British Embassy and the Aga Khan Foundation under the UK-Central Asia Green Inclusive Growth Programme.
