Alnoor has been servicing the nation in diagnostic 3D/4D Colour Doppler Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray & Fluoroscopy, Mammography, CT-Scan , MRI , Dexascan, 3D CBCT (Dental X-Ray) and Medical Test Lab services. The Interventional Radiology services from an out patient point of view has been also introduced.
