    Job Title: Business Developer Location: Lahore Eximia is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to help expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing/online platforms. This role involves creating strategies to engage potential clients, building relationships, and securing contracts for our software development services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and others. Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects, build a pipeline of potential clients, and manage relationships. Proposal Development: Write custom, persuasive proposals to secure projects based on client needs. Profile Optimization: Manage and optimize Eximia's profiles on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase visibility. Networking: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and client demands to explore new business avenues. Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to exceed business growth and revenue targets. Negotiation: Handle negotiations on terms, budgets, and timelines to secure favorable contracts. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the software industry. Strong knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. A track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business development for a software house or IT services firm. Understanding of software development and related technologies. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
