3D modeling is a craft that requires precision and attention to detail. However, even seasoned artists sometimes make these common mistakes. Here’s how to avoid them and improve your workflow: 𝟭. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 ● Use quads for retopology.   ● Add edge loops for better joint movement.   ● Avoid poles in crucial areas.  𝟮. 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 ● Set the right units from the start.   ● Use reference images with proper measurements.   ● Reset scale by applying transformations.  𝟯. 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 ● Stick to PBR standards for realistic materials.   ● Name and organize your textures.   ● Maintain consistent resolutions across assets.  𝟰. 𝗟𝗼𝘄-𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 ● Use high-resolution textures.   ● Add details with normal or displacement maps.   ● Fix any UV stretching issues.  𝟱. 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 ● Add thickness with tools like “Solidify.”   ● Check models in slicing software to ensure accuracy.  𝟲. 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆  ● Always start with low-poly models.   ● Subdivide only when necessary.   ● Remove unnecessary geometry for optimization.  𝟳. 𝗙𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗧𝗟 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 ● Repair models using tools like Meshmixer or Netfabb.   ● Fix flipped normals and fill holes.   ● Export files with the correct settings for printing.  𝟴. Colors play a big role in game design. They shape how players feel, guide their focus, and make games more exciting. Here’s how: 𝟭. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀    ● Warm colors (red, orange, yellow): Feel exciting, dangerous, or urgent, great for action scenes or boss fights.    ● Cool colors (blue, green, purple): Feel calm, safe, or mysterious, perfect for peaceful or magical areas.  2.
