We're Hiring Deputy Segment Manager – Sales & Marketing Location: Lahore Key Responsibilities: - Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to deliver growth per the strategic plans. - Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development and market research. - Formulation and implementation of interventions to deliver sustained performance in securing tenders and new business opportunities. - Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing data on customers and prospects in Government, Construction, and Industry segments. - Establish and maintain relationships with clients in the Government, semi-government, Construction, and Industrial sectors through meetings and provide accurate information about all products to them. - Assist and develop the sales team by providing products-related technical training. - Coordinate monthly requirements and resolve company-wide sales needs with the Production Planning Department monthly. - Ensure that all sales and marketing procedures are conducted with the ISO certification framework to ensure that nonconformance does not occur. - Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
