We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our projects, day-to-day tasks, interacting with clients, and managing documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.   Salary: 40k – 50k  Nature and location: Full-time, DHA Phase 3, Lahore. Responsibilities: • Acting as the point of contact for the Partner and assisting him in day-to-day tasks. • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. • Exploring new opportunities for the firm.  • Managing calendars and setting up meetings. • Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports. • Taking minutes during meetings. • Liaising and corresponding with clients.
