#PSW had the honor of participating in the prestigious World Internet Conference (WIC) held in Wuzhen, China, at the invitation of the Electronic World Trade Platform (eWTP), a subsidiary of Alibaba Group. Aftab Haider, CEO PSW, delivered a keynote speech on '𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘-𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲,' addressing challenges faced by developing countries and highlighting the need for international collaboration to unlock opportunities for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and women-led businesses in developing nations such as #Pakistan. The delegation, including Naveed Abbas Memon, Chief Domain Officer, and Faisal Butt, Private Sector Specialist, held strategic discussions with Alibaba Group at their headquarters in Hangzhou. The talks focused on the ongoing development of the Pakistan E-Commerce Platform (PEP) in partnership with eWTP and explored further collaboration opportunities to leverage innovative technologies to digitize and enhance the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem at both national and regional levels. #PSW hosted a #ChangeManagement Engagement Session for Custom Agents, focusing on the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) module. The session sought to evaluate key elements and gather insights for improving the module’s integration and functionality. Key participants included Ishtiaq Shafiq (Assistant Director/Focal Person DRAP), Naseem Yousuf (Focal Person Custom Agent), and several Custom Agents from Karachi. Throughout the session, the PSW team engaged with the participants, addressing their queries and providing solutions to challenges related to the DRAP module.
