Today marks the last day of my 2-year journey at Zaraye. Coincidentally, it's the exact same day 2 years ago when I accepted their offer. As excited as I am, and should be, for what lies ahead, I can’t say it’s not bittersweet leaving a place that I spent 2 incredibly pivotal years of my life, both professionally and personally. It would be impossible to downplay the impact of this experience. I’m so glad that Hashair J. Ahmedani decided to take a chance on me 2 years ago, and even more I am constantly thankful to Ahsan Ali Khan for being the best boss, mentor, and friend I could have ever asked for. I met many incredible people along the way, and I’d love to name them all, but that’s a lot of effort. But even as I leave, I wish nothing but the absolute best for this organization that I care for so dearly. I hope it turns into something massive and amazing, and I fully trust Ahsan and Taha Iqbal Teli to do that. And maybe this is my one last attempt at marketing Zaraye; even as I leave, I do genuinely believe in all that I have said. Here’s to new beginnings and learning from the old ones.
