Role & Responsibilities:
Growing business from existing BC customers by developing strong customer relationships.
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and taking proactive measures to address their issues.
Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsible to focus on generating new sales and provide support for CEO hunt drive
Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for key customers
Seeking feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality.
Assisting in negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers.
Key Account contact for any Global or Regional account assigned by the region.
Support S&M head in sales campaign, and will be reporting to HOD outcome of daily sales activities
Lead sales leads generations and follow-up mechanism and will be coordinating with global team
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in related field
Strong command on MS Office
Qualification:
Master's Degree required in the relevant field.
