Business Developer
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for closing deals? Aslase is looking for experienced Business Developers with 2+ years of IT industry experience. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
