Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Upwork business strategies for IT services, maximizing revenue growth.
• Manage a team of bidders, optimizing connect usage and focusing on high-value IT projects.
• Lead proposal submissions for services including web/mobile apps, custom software, cloud solutions, and more.
• Maintain a competitive agency profile, tracking metrics like Job Success Score and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a key account manager, coordinating with delivery teams for on-time, quality project fulfillment.
• Analyze platform performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Ensure strong relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and keep up with Upwork trends.
Qualifications
· Proven experience of at least 2 years as an Upwork bidder in the design industry, with a successful track record of securing high-value projects.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate our services effectively and build rapport with clients.
· Excellent understanding of design principles and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
· Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
· Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
