ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will require a thorough understanding of front-end web development with a responsive architecture in a team-based collaborative environment. This role will work closely with other front-end developers, back-end developers, app developers, business analysts, product owners, and UX/UI designers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
Maintain and improve website
Optimize applications for maximum speed
Design mobile-based features
Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
Write functional requirement documents and guides
Create quality mockups and prototypes
Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML
Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging tools
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment
Understanding of layout aesthetics and responsive design principles
Knowledge of SEO principles for web optimization
Experience with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems (Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce preferred)
Ability to perform well in fast-paced and dynamic work environments
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is required
