Key responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, original, and creative content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to improve results.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms to build and maintain a positive online community.
  • Social Listening: Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to ensure content is timely and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader company objectives. Coordinate external collaborations, including identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with influencers and creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Scheduling & Automation: Schedule, automate, and manage posts effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and improve Social Champ’s strategies.
  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, contests, and collaborations to enhance audience engagement.
  • Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of emerging social media technologies and best practices to incorporate innovative strategies into the brand’s presence.


Requirements (experience required):

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to measure performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging and professional content.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and automation tools like Social Champ.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with internal teams and external partners.


Preferred qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
