We specialize in leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver mobile-first solutions to Banks, Equipment Leasing Companies, and other financial institutions. As we continue to innovate and expand, we are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team.
The Position
We are seeking a .NET C# Software Developer to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated developer with expertise in .NET/C# and MSSQL. This role involves developing and maintaining client applications, handling various development tasks, and contributing to our company's roadmap.
Roles And Responsibilities
Software Development:
Develop new and maintain current client applications using best practices in ObjectOriented Analysis, Design, and Programming.
Create and update client reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Develop and maintain ad-hoc queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
Project Execution
Review project requirements and write detailed technical specifications.
Develop and expand features and products based on our roadmap.
Document code, development, and revisions meticulously.
Debug, test, and resolve errors in applications.
Integration And Automation
Write and maintain code for integration with third-party APIs.
Create and utilize software tools to automate coding processes.
Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, procedures, and codebase.
Education
Required Skills and Qualifications:
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
Proven experience in programming, software development, or related fields.
Expert knowledge of C#, the .NET framework, and .NET Core.
Familiarity with MSSQL for developing and managing databases.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE.
Experience with DevOps or Jira type tools for project management.
Knowledge of T-SQL, XML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to help estimate work effort for development.
