The Division

London & Zurich is a part of the Jonas Software group of companies that acquires, manages, and builds industry-specific software companies globally. Jonas Software has acquired over 100 companies and employs over 2,500 people globally.

The Position

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be part of a growing team of developers driving and evolving our products - participating in the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation through to testing and support.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad resource center, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Job Responsibilities

Duties As a full-stack software development in a modern, forward thinking development team using the latest tools, frameworks and development techniques, the candidate will need to be able to:

• Design and develop new software Maintain and enhance existing software.
• Analyze software requirements Write and perform unit and acceptance tests.
• Identify product impact and possible implementation options.
• Test and review code for technical accuracy, standards, and functional compliance to the design.
• Work within deadlines in relation to product release timelines, and consistently complete assigned development tasks in required timeframes.
• Report work activities daily.
• Work with the team to define and agree estimates Produce/update documentation.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ Years of Experience Required.
• Technical Skills Experience in software application development and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Knowledge of Full-Stack, modern software development using Visual Studio Ability to develop software within agreed timescales.
• Good team working skills At least two years; of commercial experience using C# with .net framework and core SQL Server queries JavaScript and jQuery, Asp.net MVC and Git.
