We seek an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in the software industry to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. As a Project Manager, you will act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, driving alignment, removing roadblocks, and maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Team Coordination and Leadership:
Led cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads to achieve project goals.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
Conduct post-project reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impact.
Proactively address issues and roadblocks, escalating when necessary.
Ensure contingency plans are in place to handle unforeseen challenges.
Quality Assurance and Process Optimization:
Ensure that projects meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Implement best practices in project management and software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

Qualifications and Experience:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree in Software Project Management preferred).
English Language Professional
Experience:
1 - 3+ years of project management experience in the software industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects, including web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with common software tools and technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, programming frameworks).
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
