1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!

Book a room without carpark but have hotel guest carpark. Drive out had to QR pay first, in this payment time is wasted my time. TNG pay unsuccessful twice, change to card payment unsuccess also but the guard said can already. Me like huh??? After few minutes recieved msg told that already deduct. Ok good. But 2times want to go out, become the first payment unsuccess and made us need to pay double. This QR pay is not very friendly user.

Spacious studio! Nice view from the hotel ! Kids pool is the best! My kids have so much fun 😍 Near the beach and great sport water facilities jet ski & atv.. numbers of local foods nearby and it's not too far from the hotel. Definitely worth every penny! Surely will be coming back soon!

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

The lobby registration located at different building (Located at Windmill Apartment, the booking premise is located at Geo38; Just be aware if you are first time coming here). It's guarded gated security apartment. The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Checkout time is at 11.00am. Plenty of visitors during weekend which cause inconvenient during checkout as waiting time for lift to get in is a bit hassle (depend on your luck), so managed your time accordingly.

This apartment is ideally located with stunning views overlooking the sea, providing a truly refreshing experience. The property features several swimming pools, making it perfect for families of all sizes. The nearby beach is clean and well-maintained, offering an ideal setting for a peaceful stroll along the long shoreline after 5 pm. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway

I love the location on the Golden Hills! Superb! Its in the middle of everywhere. If u travel by car, perfect for You! Got 99Speedymart, 7E just below the building. And the best part, got Night Market on Fridays and Saturdays only. Sunday they are not operating. 7km to Brinchang and just 2/3 km to Tanah Rata centre town. However, the unit i got was a corner unit. It was end February windy/ rainy season. Full of wind causing hauling sounds from the windows all the time. But i love it. U don't get this spooky happening often. There was no amenities. I didnt get slipper like my frenz room did. The hot water takes too long to heat. The breakfast was slow, not so tasty. No need to buy room with breakfast. Bedsheet stained. Apart from that, my short stay was ok. The location gets me over these issues.

Great location, fantastic view. The entry to the room can be confusing but the owner was kind enough to provide detailed information along with a video clip. There was a strong smell from the kitchen sink's drain that could be uncomfortable for those who chose to sleep on the bed near the kitchen. Otherwise, overall, it was a good experience.

Luckily got facing Genting view unit with less traffic noise. Apartment nice and great roof top pool. The only downside is checkin at Geo38 building but it’s okay, just make sure the location. Supposedly i can claim a FREE STAY for not receiving receipts during checkout. Need to report to management within 12 hours, but i forget. Anyway, satisfied stay.

Large hotel complex with multiple towers. A shuttle bus operates hourly to where all the action is. MYR6 each way. My apartment on the 17th floor was clean, spacious and modern looking. It had everything you needed. Plenty of hanging and shelf space. Everything worked fine. The bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a segregated shower with hot water and good pressure. Room cleaned daily. My room was cleaned even though I didn't press the button requesting it. The 7th floor has restaurants, pools and kids play area. Overall, a comfortable stay in a location that ensures peace and quiet.

...the room is beautiful. the place is ok. the one that is not ok when you check in, the room is dirty, the floor is not clean. the floor is not mopped, the bedsheet is dirty, everything else is ok. the house piece needs to be cleaned again, the cleanliness is very bad.. the tollet is dirty, I know the house piece is dirty just spray water. dirty towel reuse? everything else is ok

It was cozy and nice staying here..Everything was so great and clean. actually i booked the standard studio but there was a problem with the air conditioner so the owner upgraded a unit with a pool view to replace.we liked and enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, the pool was not open because of the mantainance. Poor my little daughter. The main point we came here was to getting wet in a pool.😅😅but it's okay..

Easy booking via Trip.com. Overall nice stay. Super near too Ana Ikan Bakar Petai. Convenient parking lot which is at Level 2. Cleanliness 4⭐️. Room as per description n picture 👍🏻.

I'm on business trips, bought my small family along. All are in tip top conditions. Loves everything, second time staying at this place. Don't worry about food, all is near, walking distanxe. Beach are perfect! Best staying on july so they'll be less jellyfish swimming with u at the beach. :)

The first apartment we were given was in a terrible state, dirty, infested with ants and horrible mattress on which we could barely sleep. We complained and the Nepalese desk staff was very helpful and let us move to a different apartment which was better. For some reason all the ceiling fans have been removed from both the apartments we saw, leaving wires hanging from the ceilings. Upon request, a ceiling fan was fitted in the master bedroom for us, but not in the living room, I had to borrow a fan from family - I have no wish to sit in aircon all day and pay for the electricity. Housekeeping is carried out once a week, by 2 more Nepalese guys (Nepal must be the latest source for slave labour) who did a reasonable but basic job. They don't have sheets big enough for the bed, have to put 2 smaller ones overlapping, the towels are so old and threadbare, at home I would use them for cleaning the car only. The pool is good, although not regularly cleaned and there's a small mini shop on site for essentials. The main reason for my 'poor' rating is the renovation work that is going on. It portrays a complete disregard for paying guests when they know which apartment I am staying in yet they decide to do noisy renovations in all the surrounding apartments to me. Apparently it's OK, because it's only between 9 am and 5 pm (actually nearer 6). Well actually, it's not OK, as that's when I am in during the heat of the day. The rooms will look better once renovated, they will charge an extra RM1000 p/m and, I suspect, the same lackadaisical attitude to running the place will prevail. Although Wifey doesn't like to stay at Tembeling, I will be seriously looking there for my next visit to Kuantan.

Feedback: very clean, comfy, cozy place to stay, price reasonable, valuable and worth it, quite a good place to chill with nice view here, just a little suggestion, can provide bed sheet for the extra mattress, or maybe we can't find it, but overall is satisfying, keep going on maintaining such a wonderful homestay! GOOD LUCK!!!

it's a nice unit view a cool sea view located next to Kuantan River. Conveniently accessible to all proximities. The parking area of the building is quite messy. took find time to figure out the orientation.

I'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.
