The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

This was a very special stay for us We were a bit skeptical based on the reviews , but it exceeded all our expectations by miles ! This stay should be beyond expectations. The hotel is tall, clean and bright. The waiters are polite and nod to greet each other. This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

Family of 6 with 2 children and a young baby. The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage. We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort. The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up. On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's. A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about. By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open. It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Skylight in Ganzhou. The location is great-- next to a mall with shops, restaurants, coffee, and bubble tea. The room was nicely decorated. The service was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

At 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel looks beautiful, but there is no refrigerator in the small suite. Except for no refrigerator, other facilities are OK. The front desk of the lake view standard room said that the West Sun helped us upgrade the small suite but there is no lake view. 先説結論吧，價格在400以下是性價比很高的選擇。超過了就不值得了，硬件不錯，主要是服務不行。 酒店建成不到半年，硬件配置很高，可以達到超五星標準，整體風格偏暗奢藝術系（和W同一派）。但非常可惜的是，服務完全跟不上。説幾個吧： 1. 前台服務很敷衍和冷漠。完全沒有服務意識，業務也不熟練。 2. 早餐的種類很多，但炒菜，炒麪和炸丸子都是冷的，而且菜盤下是有電磁爐的，和服務員反饋後才開了其中的1-2個保温。 3. 晚上洗澡水不熱，開到最高温還把孩子洗得瑟瑟發抖；然而早上起來洗澡温度又比較高。水温不穩。 4. 細節的軟裝處理不夠人性化，比如下面圖中這個茶壺，完全沒有辦法往裡麪加熱水；比如門口的車流設計，居然要從酒店門的反方向下車；比如洗手間的垃圾桶，進去扔垃圾還會被自動彈起的馬桶蓋打到；再比如電視-遙控器完全不好用。 5. 最後吐槽一下攜程的贈送服務，贈無限暢飲-，其實就是房間裏的mini bar，大冬天一堆冷凍飲料，沒喝；下午茶更奇葩，衹有1400-1600開放，進去了幾塊糕點兩盤水果，兩罐冰飲料，沒有熱飲，連吃蛋糕水果的餐具都不配，問了之後配了那種冰淇淋兩個塑料勺，依然夾不起水果，服務員全程冷臉，不給餐巾紙。這體驗真不如不送；什麼三選一的體驗劵，也是衹有兩個，最想去體驗的茶飲沒有。 總結一下就是老闆花了大價錢修了個豪酒店（五星），攜程也很賣力的送各種東西幫忙推，但軟裝設計完全不夠人性化（三星），服務更加不到位（二星）。這樣的模式很難長久，不過也許老闆不差錢，這操作模式彷彿建酒店不是為了掙錢滴。。。
