A very perfect hotel~ Although there is nothing around, I chose to stay here for the beautiful view~ I chose a sea view room and I could see it from the room The best time to take photos is 1 hour before sunset The restaurant and glass plank road swimming pool are on the top floor. You can call a car by pressing 0~Guests staying in the hotel can enjoy the plank road for free and unlimited times. The ticket price is 200🐖 for Thais The breakfast is so-so, which is acceptable in this area. After all, it is not a prosperous area But the dinner is amazing and tastes very good. A table costs 2600🐖, which meets the consumption standards in the hotel Finally, I want to praise the front desk guy Non, who is very enthusiastic~~

we came here from phi phi to a beach bungalow so i was expecting something very beautiful. we checked in and a buggy took us to our bungalow, however the bungalow was fine on first glances., lovely outdoor shower, it was a big room bed was on like a wooden platform so we found it difficult to get on and off we are both in our 60s. view was lovely over the pool to the sea. the bungalow outside was a bit tired could do with some TLC the grounds to the resort were full of leaves no one seemed to bother cleaning them up. breakfast was just carnage if you wanted noodles etc not a problem but anything remotely English all the hot plates were empty first morning we couldn't even get a table so we abandoned it, second morning we went a bit earlier 8.30 and we did manage to sit down but no hot food so we got toast and boiled egg but these wasn't cooked properly so just left tried to speak to someone about it but not enough staff so didn't bother with breakfast again. there seems to be a few new buildings to this hotel so maybe they have more rooms than there is dining tables. we were only here for 4 nights so it wasn't really an issue for us we just went to one of the beach shacks. outside the hotel was lots of eating and shops very well located so always ate out. around the pool there is a culture where everyone puts towels on beds at 6.30-7 am so by 8 am no beds left this is a pet hate of mine that's why we don't holiday in Europe so i was furious when i saw this. we did end up in a row first morning over the beds but the pool guy sorted it for us. all in all we enjoyed our time in Khaolak but on reflection we would not use this hotel again it just didn't suit us

It's a nice hotel, the staff were friendly but only really did the basics, they didn't go out of there way to help. The soundproofing between the rooms is inadequate as I could hear adjacent rooms TV's and flushing toilets. And the room doors let noise into the room. My biggest issue was with the breakfast. Poor choice (for a westerner) and it was all cold, but just warm enough make you wonder about bacteria growing. I wouldn't mind waiting for things to be cooked (at least made hot) and unfortunately the breakfast is the last thing you experience before you leave so it is what leaves a lasting impression for me.

I came here to play basketball with my boyfriend and some friends in 2020. We didn't stay at the hotel at that time, but I was attracted by the environment here. This time I came here purely to refresh. The environment is really comfortable. I went to the big Buddha, temples, small Buddhas and streams. I walked around the whole garden. The staff was very nice. They accompanied me along the way to explain the stories here and took pictures all the time. I went to the temple to do good deeds and raise local fish in the lake (which looks like crucian carp in China). I plan to come again in the near future and go to drive rang to learn to play basketball. It's an hour and a half drive from Phuket and the scenery along the way is also very beautiful. The mountain paths are quiet and far-reaching!

This makes it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in the local flavors. 5) The breakfast at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is simple yet delicious. It offers a variety of options to suit different preferences, and it's a great way to start your day on a positive note. 6) On a hot day, the hotel's refreshing little pool is a fantastic spot to take a dip and cool off. It provides a relaxing oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the tropical surroundings. 7) The owner and staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and are always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Cons: 1) One issue I encountered during my stay was the presence of lizards and flying pests, especially in rooms with balconies. While this may be a common occurrence in tropical settings, it can be unsettling for some guests. 2) The housekeeping service could use some improvement, particularly in terms of towel change and cleaning of used cups. It would be beneficial if these aspects were given more attention to enhance the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Rating: 8.5/10 In conclusion, Hotel Gahn Khao Lak offers a memorable stay with its good location, beautiful ambiance, authentic cuisine, and friendly staff. While there are a few areas that could be improved upon, the overall experience is highly enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and charming getaway in Khao Lak.

We stayed in the Deluxe Pool Villa for 5 nights. The resort is in 2 sections. The front section has beach frontage with a pool & restaurant, the back section with the Villa's is set individually amongst garden with a large pool with water slide & playground for children, then another pool for adults only. Buffet breakfast selection has a variety of options to select from. The villa was very spacious with your own private pool with 2 spa jets. Whilst the main pools close at 6pm, you can continue to use your own private pool. With warm nights it was lovely being able to cool off later in the evening. Our room was provided with 2 beach towels. We had a small private courtyard with an outdoor shower. Our villa had a split system air-con for easy control of temperature. The bathroom was also spacious with a large bath, separate shower & toilet, and vanity area. Villa was serviced each day. The bed whilst firm, wasn't too uncomfortable. In all our Thailand & Asia travels, beds do typically tend to be in the firm side. The resort is located just a short walk from the main street, so it was very tranquil. Buffet breakfast had something for everyone There are plenty of choices on main street for food options. Bring the low season (July), they were renovating areas of the resort, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. We would happily stay here again.

Ocean Leaf Great hotel, friendly staff, nice room, clean pool and good breakfast. 2 mins walk from a lovely clean Sandy beach. We stayed here for four nights to unwind before our backpacking adventure across Thailand. Do not try and eat within two hundred meters of the hotel if you want a nice and affordable meal, walk up to the main drag. Go Pong is a good choice, but there are lots of others. Good 3 star budget hotel staff friendly rooms cleaned daily breakfast was ok and the restaurant turns into a Italian on the evening that was very good 2 pools one near reception quieter usual pool towel problems on sun beds some all day and guests never even turned up to use ! 5 minutes walk to beach sadly no sun beds ect hotel is 2 minutes walk to main ***** restaurants massage gifts was a good chilled stay

it was just what we expected, quiet & relaxing. we had a car so the distance from the town was not an issue for us, you need transport to stay here there is nothing in walking distance, there were no children so it was very quite perfect for us, staff were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. lovely food in the restaurant, room has small fridge , kettle & hairdryer, great bed and room is directly entering into pool. exactly as show in photos on website.

Was so impressed with this hotel 5 years ago that we returned again in October 2023 and they gave us the same room we occupied before. This was a water pool access room which is a must if you stay here. The rooms are large with a massive bed and has all the facilities you could wish for. Although we did no eat our main meals in the Italian restaurant we had breakfast which covers all variety of foods and freshly cooked eggs and bacon on request. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. A particular mention to Tounchai the barman who served us daily at the pool bar during Happy hour with delicious cocktails. Also to the maid (sorry can't remember her name) who cleaned our room 1123 and left wonderful creations on our bed. The hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to many bars and restaurants. Bang Niang Market which is 2 mins walk is open every Mon, Weds, Thur and Sat which does street food and has many stalls. The Waters is highly recommended.

This hotel offers a serene and tranquil a**osphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway specially to those like me who have been working very hard. A perfect place to reflect and rediscover myself. The location is accessible to the beach ( 5 minute walk) ,market, grocery store, pharmacy, thai restaurants and even massage place (my most favorite!) Staffs are very accomodating and friendly. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

This is our 3rd time stay at La Flora, This time we stayed here for 3 nights from 17-20 May 2023, Everything excellence as always, the room was spacious and comfortable with high quality cleaning. The breakfast here was so good with many choices and also testy, the staff very attentive and provided excellent service especially ladies who clear up our table. Special thank to front team and appreciated with very kind for upgrading our room, and surprise birthday cake with beautiful bed decoration which made our stay very very special. Over all very impressive, Look forward to staying for the 4th and next, next, next time!!!

My friend is doing business in Phuket. I went to the hotel several times. I booked this hotel. The breakfast was OK. I recommended fried rice. The fried rice is really delicious. The facilities are quite new, the environment is good, quiet and quiet. The location is a bit biased, it is recommended to rent a car for one night, and then there is a restaurant near the top of the mountain, the ambient air did not have to say.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff were so friendly, attentive and just couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in villa 17 and it was stunning, set over 2 levels the upstairs was bedroom, seating area, very good sized bathroom with stunning views across the bay throughout, out on to a balcony with seats and a jacuzzi bath big enough for 2. Downstairs was a cuddle chair under a canopy and a plunge pool. It was just breathtaking and the things dreams are made of. The food and cocktails were beautifully presented and very very tasty plus good value. A incredible place to watch the sun rise. The hotel also organise trips using peopl from the local community which is a lovely touch. Highly recommended

The hotel consists of two buildings. The one closer to the sea is older. The furniture is tired, the room is a bit dark. Across the road - newer. Rooms with access and views of the pool. Everything is fine! Very good breakfasts. The sea is nearby. Several swimming pools. One of the minuses is that very few rooms have stairs to the pool. We did not have. It is inconvenient to get out of the pool, you can slip. The pillows are very high and hard. I never found one that was comfortable for me, although there are four of them. There is very little gel and shampoo in the bath (one small bottle is poured upon request). There is no hair conditioner. One small soap.
