5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

All excellent. Staff excellent and helpful as always Have attended the hotel for 50 years and it has always fulfilled my expectations. Quality of food has always been excellent however I was disappointed to see that certain favourite items have disappeared from the buffet for example the canned sgumbro mackerel/tuna and the pickled shallots make only an occasional appearance whereas used to be daily. Still a quality feast Would heartily recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to feel they are being entertained and pampered and are residing at a personal luxury residence rather than a hotel Looking forward to my next visit!!! I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

I stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but was dreadfully disappointed. The indoor pool area was gross - literally hundreds of wet towels piled on top of chaise lounges - I've never seen so many dirty towels in my life. The pool room is dark and dingy, giving off a creepy vibe. The outdoor pools are better, but some are in need of refurbishment. Although it's a health spa, the general health of most of the guests did not look particularly good. The landscaping needs attention as well - overgrown grass and weeds everywhere. The lobby and public areas are clean. The food in the bistro is okay, but low considering the high standard in this part of Italy. Breakfast is another nightmare - not enough food on the messy and disorganized buffet; rude and pushy guests, very low quality food - most looked unappetizing or inedible. The front desk is competent but had to be pressed to do anything a little extra, but the attitude vastly improved when a tip was offered. The rooms are clean and basic - nothing luxurious at all. We had a top level room on the 4th floor, so it was spacious, but the bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. No idea how this is a five star - it seems that a hotel can self classify - it's on par with a large Hyatt in the states.

I have already written so many reviews in Italian, I have little more to say, despite the fact that this hotel is renewed every year. So I thought it would be best to translate my first review into English. Here it is. I have written a lot about Abano this year because I have fallen deeply in love with this magical place, where anxiety is dissolved in stillness and well-being, where I take refuge in dreaming, lulled by its waters and times. I reached the 29th night, I met 8 hotels, almost all very good, some excellent, I became fond of the Verdi and the Trieste, but this time, by chance, I came across the Bristol Buja and it was an experience unlike any other, I can't explain, you know that intangible feeling of feeling happy and satisfied when everything is perfect? That had never happened to me. Some feelings have to be experienced, I will try to translate them into words. I could start with the room: exactly as requested, on the second floor near the elevator with appreciated upgrade from Basic to Classic. I could go on to the restaurant: as a lactose intolerant person, I always prefer vegan dishes and here they have a BWell menu that is fabulous, not like those sad vegan dishes put just as a sop. And the appetizer and fruit buffets? Immense. The menu? The best recipes from the Italian culinary tradition. The pastries? So far I've only ever seen one dessert in all the hotels; here there are three plus other fixed like homemade gelato or crème caramel. The breakfast? Excellent, the way I like it, all of their own making, the only hotel where they make croissants and don't buy them frozen. They even keep them warm so they don't go moldy. The juice you find in the other 5 stars? Great idea, but now in summer, it's not the season, no point, here they give a BWell extract, there you pay it. Let's turn to the dining service, almost always a sore point. The best! Gentlemen, where else do you see pure guèridon service performed with such elegance and skill by long-time professionals? Mr. Paolo, many congratulations. The pools? Beautiful, one dedicated only to whirlpools. The indoor one with a dramatic rooftop window. The sunbeds? Both indoor and outdoor with the mattress, with none other than the umbrella. The spa? New and all kinds. The lobby? Large, with satin sofas and Persian rugs everywhere. The breakfast room? New with an outdoor terrace. The Dining Room? Amazingly comfortable upholstered chairs with armrests and the most beautiful set of dishes I have ever seen in my life. Want to have a good time? Evening with pleasant musical entertainment. Don't feel like it? A bocce court, a tennis court and a mini golf course. Not even that, want to go out? No problem, in the room on the coffee table or next to the elevator a rich bulletin board of events, excursions, museums, habit now gone. The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.

The best hotel in Abano Terme! Firing 8 years I was staying there! Fantastic staff! You must go to understand it! Highly recommend! Super delicious meal, clean room, spa zone is incredible! I will always back there because for me it magic place, thank you

A perfect hotel only found on the web and it has completely satisfied me.A very competent staff,an excellent restaurant (thanks to Ivan) and a very good health center (thanks to Lorella) make the hotel at the top ranking.I used only the roof pool but perfect for my need.Thank you for making feel like at home.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte e la nostra esperienza è stata pessima. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stato spiegato nulla sul funzionamento della struttura e questo ci ha creato disagi durante il soggiorno. Arrivati in camera la porta era aperta perché era appena stata pulita, il pavimento infatti era ancora bagnato. Non abbiamo trovato gli accappatoi per le terme in camera, quindi abbiamo chiamato la reception per avere indicazioni per scoprire che si noleggiano alla reception, dove eravamo appena stati per il check-in e di conseguenza siamo dovuti scendere per prenderli. Usciti dall’ascensore nella zona termale non abbiamo trovato né indicazioni né personale quindi abbiamo seguito gli altri ospiti per trovare le piscine. Siamo subito andati nel giardino per stenderci nelle sdraio senza passare dalla piscina interna e questo ha comportato il fatto che non abbiamo letto le regole che si trovano solo accanto alla piscina interna, regole che non ci sono state dette da nessuno neanche nella mail informativa che abbiamo ricevuto prima del soggiorno. Entrati in acqua un altro ospite ci ha informato che c’è l’obbligo della cuffia, siamo subito usciti per chiedere indicazioni ma non abbiamo trovato nessuno in tutto il piano, abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception nuovamente che ci ha detto di andare da loro per acquistarle (2,50€ ciascuna), non ce le hanno portate! Ma non finisce qui… qualche ora dopo, circa le 16:00, abbiamo pensato di fare aperitivo al bar accanto alla piscina, dopo avere aspettato 15 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno abbiamo dovuto chiamare un numero apposito per far sì che arrivasse qualcuno al bar. Il posto è accogliente e ben tenuto ma il poco personale e la mancata comunicazione rendono il soggiorno non da Hotel da 4 stelle, un vero peccato dato che la cena e il personale in sala le vale!
