Excellent
WWarawutThe location is great! Cleanliness still needs to be paid attention to. There were long women's hair in the room! (We are two men with short hair) Coffee capsule was not refilled!
GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
CCalvin_ShenThe most convenient hotel in Brussels, the Central Railway Station is right opposite the hotel. It is super convenient to catch the train. You can just walk there 5 minutes before driving. It is also very convenient to go to attractions. The main attractions are all within a 15-minute walk. It is only two blocks away from the Grand Square. There is also Carrefour next to the hotel, and supplies are also very convenient.
The room facilities are not as good as the domestic Hilton, but they are pretty good in Europe. The key is that the tap water in Belgium is better than that in Germany. You can drink hot water with very few white floating objects.
The hotel breakfast is continental style with not many varieties. For people with Chinese stomachs, it is not cost-effective. It's better to buy instant noodles from Carrefour next door and eat comfortably.
In short, choosing this Hilton in Brussels should be the best choice. It is very convenient to go to Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, and other cities in the Netherlands. You can go there in the morning and return in the evening. The cities in Belgium are very small, and you can walk around in 2-4 hours. It's over. The Belgian railways are also very user-friendly. If you buy a ticket for the same day, you can board any train as long as the destination is the same (the ticket does not include the driving time, station or train number, it only shows the date and which city you are going to). There are You can do this if there is an empty seat, and you can get off and play for a while and get on again without having to buy another ticket.
区区1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.
My early July stay at Le Chatelain in Brussels was a delightful experience in Belgian charm and elegance. The hotel, situated in a chic neighborhood, offered easy access to the city's attractions. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's garden was a peaceful oasis, perfect for enjoying a summer evening. The on-site dining options showcased the best of Belgian cuisine. Unique Features to Highlight: Chic neighborhood location Spacious, elegantly decorated rooms Peaceful garden oasis Belgian cuisine at the hotel's restaurants
GGuest UserThe B****y by Warwick made for a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay for two nights in Brussels. We came to visit family in Belgium but the family we usually stay with all had covid-19. So we had to make a hotel reservation at the last minute (actually from the airport in Doha while waiting for our connecting flight). The hotel is very well located. In an area of Brussels that is out of the most touristic parts of the city, but which is surrounded by parks and interesting neighborhoods. And very easy to walk or take the tram to the centre of the city. The staff could not be more accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, the décor is ”classic” and not contemporary. But the beds are very comfortable. and the garden terrace in back makes for a very pleasant place to have breakfast, or tea or a drink in the afternoon or early evening. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. And very much enjoyed both of our stays.
GGlobal FEverything from the service, rooms, facility, and food was not 4 star. We are on a Europe trip with our family, and we have been staying in several upscale hotels throughout Belgium, and I can tell you that this has been the worst of them all. The staff was very unhelpful in the lobby, they had no idea about the parking situation outside. I also forgot to mention that there is no parking or valet. There is also no bellhop to help you with your bags into the hotel and up to your room. It is completely self service. For that reason alone, I’m going to have to say that it is not an upscale hotel or four stars. When we got up to our room, it was a little bit smaller than we had hoped, but that can be expected in the city. The hallways are not lit at night, so it’s a little bit confusing trying to find your door and your room number. It was almost pitch black. The room has a very strange configuration with the toilet being in a separate room from the shower and sink. the bathroom with the shower and sink smells like raw sewage, I’m not sure why. I tried using the safe, but it was locked, and I couldn’t get it open. My daughter wanted to use the pool, so we went downstairs because we were excited to use the hot tub that was advertised on the website. When we came downstairs to use the facilities, we realized that there is no hot tub, and the pool is extremely tiny. I would call it a splash pool. In the corner of the pool there is some buttons you can press and some Jets will come on. Mind you, the pool is not hot like a hot tub would be. We asked the hotel where the hot tub is because there was one advertised on the website, and they explained to us that it is in the corner of the pool where the jets are. I feel that that is a bit misleading. All in all, it was a rough experience staying at this hotel, compared to the other upscale hotels we have stayed at across Belgium on this trip.
SSarah Yap Pui SeeLocated 30 mins by foot from midi station or central station. Not so convenient. And located on a hill and slope, hard to navigate w luggage. Inside of room is spacious and big. Nice and clean. Can get a 5 euro voucher if you don’t need room cleaning service if staying more than 1 night. Big toilet Some service staff are good, but some not so. Free coffee machine on every floor.
I booked a 1 bedroom apartment for myself and son, the idea being that he would sleep in the lounge on the extra bed that had been requested. When we arrived our code for the key box didn’t work and it took an hour to get through to the emergency weekend phone number for the correct code. The room was a studio with a bed, sofa, chair and kitchen area not the 1 bedroom apartment booked and shown on the website. The bathroom had a smoked glass door and you could see the whole of the apartment through it and of course whoever was in the bathroom if you put the light on. All in all the apartment was definitely not what I booked or expected after lots of communication advising that it was a mother travelling with adult son. If they had been honest I would have booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Have they been helpful dealing with my complaint? Of course not their answer is ‘we are sorry you don’t like the lay out of the apartment!’
We came to Brussels for two nights. We booked a single room, number 503, in the Brxxl5 hotel. From the first night we were literally devoured by bedbugs. In the morning we were even able to “cross paths” with them because they were so huge (see photo). We informed the staff, in particular a certain Ana at reception for whom it was obviously not her problem because I quote ”she does not take care of the cleaning but of the arrival of customers” so the customer service stops there, simply to cash in. After being accused by the latter of having brought in bedbugs, they guaranteed us a full refund. Which obviously wasn't done and now they no longer respond to emails. Apart from that, no hot water, smell of urine in the corridors. In short, we spent our 2 weekend days managing the problem between pharmacy, finding a new hotel, new clothes etc... Run away!!!
