This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is terrible—far from everything, with no shops or amenities nearby. The hotel is dirty, the smell is unbearable, and the food is extremely unhygienic. Communication is also a big issue as the staff can only speak Indian languages, not English, Malay, or Chinese. Don’t be fooled by any pictures—avoid this hotel at all costs!

Very bad services. They claim Free shuttles but have to wait for an hour at klia. I had called 1 1/2 hous before we arrived at klia but he said will come 30 mins but end up i have to booked a grab to go to d hotel. Breakfast also very bad only tosei & puri. Please improve the services and dont claim over board.

The location is near to the KLIA Terminal 1. Strategic hotel to stay in if you reach here late at night. Upon check in, everything seems to be simple & easy. No hassle.
