原本不想點評了，但看到了貴店的針對上一條差評回覆我想我還是要還原一下貴店當時的情況，當時我們朋友幾間房很晚到店給了我們三間房的價格268無早每間每晚山景房，這是維也納會員價，然後我們提出第二天續住，讓夜班小姐姐説要297每間每晚，我們説可以的沒問題，讓其先幫忙續住第二天過來續費，小姐姐答應了，此小姐姐態度很好，夜班辛苦了謝謝她.然後第二天過來辦續住前台回覆我們每間要會員價385元山景大床房，我們回覆説小姐姐同意了並已報價297每間的的，前台説不行沒有這個價，後我們上攜程一看是309，於是出示價格再溝通能否給297的價格，我們也懶得搞了，平台也才309沒差多少，依然説沒有，不行，態度也是不親人，讓我們可以上平台訂，朋友有點生氣是因為前同事後同事不一致，有可能是交接問題但她並沒有核實就直接回絕而且多次溝通強硬，我們後面説好的就在平台上訂了，的確有些不愉快了。然後後面上了房間過了一段時間，前台不知道哪位又打電話過來，説給我們每間房送早餐，或者能不能直接給原來説好的價錢297前台價入住取消攜程的單，早幹嘛去了非得為那10塊錢掰扯這麼久，大家都不愉快。印象分不行，拒絕了。後面再去維也納網站上看價格也是308元，我…然後最生氣那位退房就點評了，我還説不要點評了酒店不容易，但是今日一翻點評回覆，不好意思我得跟評了。 有一説一，這家維也納設施環境不錯，可以入，專業度有待改善，不是錢不錢的問題，是不舒服。我們原來在旁邊那個酒店住了很多次，價格訂得比維也納還貴多，但很開心每次來都是定點那家，遺憾的是今年倒閉了，所以訂了維也納。 Ps：衡山是個好地方，這不代表我們對衡山的印象，我們很喜歡這裏經常來。這件事是小插曲，希望酒店能客觀一點對待，知道你們不容易，我給的是中評。
