Terrible! Booked an accessible king room. Got to the hotel and they checked us into a regular room. There were holes ALL OVER the blackout drapes, hair in the tub, and the fridge was frozen over and not cooling. Called the desk and he tells us he can put us in a different room. We pack up everything. He tries to give us another non accessible room. He gves us a room that is accessible, when I point out that we booked an accessible room, still not a king. We get to the room, turn the air on, unpack and leave. Several hours later we get back and it is 78 degrees in our room. We like it COLD. We had the AC set at 66. Go to the counter and tell her the problem. She tells me that some of the AC units have a motion sensor so they will not work if no movement. Well, what happens when we go to bed, I ask. She says it will turn off. Not acceptable. She says she can move us to another accessible room. We pack up everything again. We get to the 3rd room and turn on the air. Still not what we booked and paid for, as this one has 2 full size beds. We unpack...again. Get ready for bed since we have a early flight the next day. Husband gets in the shower, only to discover that the shower will not stay on. The plunger thing will not stay up longer than 2-3 seconds before going back to the tub faucet. We call the front desk, furious at this point. She has maintenance come to fix it. The ac NEVER got colder than about 75. Neither of us slept well, room smelled like cigarette smoke. Because it was a prepaid reservation through a third party, they can do nothing about our experience, other than let the manager know. Seriously THE WORST ROOM we have ever booked! Avoid this hotel! There was rust on the bathroom fixtures in every room, old carpet, dirty stained furniture, lifting wallpaper, water damage. It was terrible!
