I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I fell sick during my visit, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated. Their exceptional service truly made a difference.

I expected more from such a high reviewed hostel and from the way they made me sign a contract yet unfortunately they do not deserve such a high rating and should be inspected. I had an awful experience here from the lack of air circulation in the rooms with no windows and excess of people and beds to the unprofessional disrespectful rude and unkind staff as well as management. The breakfast is okay for a hostel and well the only decent human beings and overworked and underpaid staff were the maintance crew which deserve a raise and praise aside from that I do not wish to even comment the nastyness filth and disgusting environment and treatment from the staff. I checked myself out and just used the place as a storage. Worthless and needs to change the management and employees except for the maintenance crew who deserve a raise.

ENG/FR Can’t believe this place is five stars. Don’t know if six stars exist in Colombia but it should, as this was quite disappointing : where to start? First you arrive and the reception people don’t speak English... great. Then they tell you that you can’t have any guest visiting you in your room... freedom away. The gym is one treadmill and one bike... unbelievable. The room service is limited in choice and very poor quality, And very very slow. Almost an hour to get your order. The cleaning is also badly done in the room (female hair everywhere, one towel is not enough, no shower mat...)which was the biggest suite available... The bed sheets have strange traces on them. And very important the TV is Low quality! No HD! It should be 4K. Also a Bluetooth speaker would have been a good thing. Anyway, bad Management, low level, high prices Hotel. Refund demanded and required !!

I stayed 7 nights. Starting positive. Rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped and clean. Most of the receptionists are welcoming, attentive and helpful. They fulfilled all my requests, including waving a (50% daily!) rate for a 4 hours late checkout. The chef is very talented: I can vouch for his pizza and dessert. Now, for the problematic aspects: location, noise, breakfast, and inconvenience. Location - I picked this hotel for personal reasons, aware of this disadvantage. The hotel is located a 15 minutes walk from, in one direction - the nearest metro station, and in the opposite direction - carrera 70 (center of life in Laureles). Noise - there is a wide atrium from bottom to top of the building; its fourth side isn't a wall, but a net/screen;all the staircase side facing the street is just open shutters. Result: all street and sky noises are LOUDLY heard all the time, including at the back side (where I requested a quiet room). The windows aren't noise-isolated. neither are the doors. Breakfast - A) service is unbelievingly slow. I once waited 40 minutes for my eggs and hot drinks. Reason: there are only two (nice but forgetful) waitresses. B) guests need to ask again and again for re-supplies at the buffet..... C) .....which is VERY basic and unvarying. There is a for-pay menu of additionals. Uncomfortable bed environment - A) Night tables are 50 cms from the bed, and unmovable. B) No USB sockets. There's an elec socket on only one side of the bed, 1.5 mtrs away. Result: no cellular recharge possible while lying in bed. C) No master switch for room lights near the bed. PS - in order to open the windows, one has to climb on a chair. Taken with the open-noisy structure of the building, it really seems as if human comfort was deliberately ignored in internal design.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. Was waiting for the elevator to check out and when it opens the front desk guy is there asking if I’m checking out and my room number. I wait outside my room while he checks the minibar and room. All is good and we go down to check out. Inquire about the cost of a taxi to the airport. They let me know they can call a cab it will be safer in case you leave anything in the cab. Tells me to go and wait and they will let me know when it arrives. Three minutes later the guy that checked my room comes over with a half eaten can of prickles that he said he found while going back to check my room again. He made me sign the bottom of a new minibar sheet. I signed it and put a line down the sheet and wrote ok on it. Should of taken pictures of the guy and the sheet. I will have to wait and see if they try to charge up for contents from the minibar. Booked through Agoda did not use my card at the hotel Two minutes later he says the taxi is here. Go out and it is not a taxi probably an Uber friend so they get a cut. It was a little sketch but I new the route to the airport. After thoughts should of got into that vehicle. All went well. Hotel very clean and staff other than the two guys working the night shift were great. Hotel very clean and right by all the restaurants. Walls paper thin and don’t get a room facing the road. Breakfast was just alright but included. Was happy with my stay and a reasonable price.maid did a great job. Don’t even think about using the hot tub. it only takes one person to ruin your stay.

We had a great time at Mogano Pablado, I will say the best thing about the hotel is the service and then food. People working there are amazingly friendly and provide a service with a smile on their face. Their cappuchino was amazing and morning breakfast was fresh and refreshing.
