Was given a key to a trashed room with the tv left on, went back downstairs for a new room. New room has broken curtains(piece laying on the ground), broken mini fridge, 90% of the tv channels are fuzzy, bathroom tile looks very old, stained and gross. AC unit has to be broken as well, will not change settings and the room was constantly humid and warm. Smoke detector hanging off the wall and the sink drain is clogged. The entire room is filled with stains that look as old as me. No hair dryer in the bathroom which is no big deal however, the cheapest motels give you one. Lady at the front is either over worked or hates her job and her guests. The lobby looks nice and that’s it, what a nice facade. I’ve stayed at motels that were 5 times nicer than this place(not exaggerating). I wouldn’t stay here again for free. The pictures they’ve posted online are either from 25yrs ago or they’ve been photoshopped. Hotel needs millions in renovations and new staff. Avoid at all costs, this is not a Marriott this is a 1star motel. Waste of Marriott points.

Service was ok. Could use some training- at check-on my key was set on the counter and the lady just walked away… Location is good!- Meijer is down the street. My room- the tub was dirty. Curtains stained. Floor was wet from the fridge (I think), which also wasn’t working. Called front desk and was told they would send someone up or something and never got a follow up call. Once the hotel gets upgraded I’m sure it’ll look awesome. Had a lot of open space. It was odd for my room to overlook the lobby, seems a bit intrusive to the guests.

We were in town for our pet's surgery at the Animal Surgical Center of Michigan. We found the hotel to be immaculate, tastefully decorated, and very responsive to the needs of our pet and accommodations that were made to keep our pet and ourselves comfortable. Our room was spacious, and the breakfast attendant was very thoughtful and hospitable. The entire staff including the manager was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! They truly care about the customer experience and made us feel very much at home!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was really good; hash browns, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and pastries. The room was large and had two comfortable queen beds and a pull out sofa. The water pressure in the shower was very strong.
