On a freezing day of check-in, I was unable to have early check-in when the temperature was -4°c
The self check-in kiosk does not recognise my booking number and message from kiosk say can only check-in at 1400hrs.
Waited for 90 minutes till 1400hrs, and I still cannot check-in via kiosk. Called the trip.com help desk and told us that we can only check in at 1500hrs saying there is inspection. We waited in the freezing cold till 1500hrs and still cannot check-in via Kiosk and there was no inspection done as we at Hotel doorstep for 2.5 hours.
Until we call trip.com help desk again then they gave the apartment password for us to enter our room.
We wasted 3 hours of our time and stood in the freezing temperature.
I am going to post my bad experience at Green Room Hotel and trip.com terrible customer service provided on our 1st attempt.
