AC hotel located in the middle of renmin road and it's easily accessible to nearest metro station 300m by foot. Lawson conveniently located 150m away. Room was sparkling clean and high quality of smart toilet and bedding. Front desk receptionist named Mickey Fang was nice and helpful. Three of us were extremely happy and falling in love with Suzhou. We'll definitely come back to Suzhou and choose AC HOTEL again for sure.

This Spring Festival, I took my two children to Suzhou and booked the AC Hotel on Ctrip. It had just opened for five days and was very new and upscale. After arriving at the hotel, the guy at the front desk upgraded the room for free. It was a super good accommodation experience. Kitty's service attitude was particularly good and warm. Our child lost the room card and Kitty reissued it without saying a word. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, with both Chinese and Western food. During breakfast, our child was taller and needed a breakfast coupon. We told the restaurant manager about it, but he didn't say much and directly confiscated the child's breakfast fee. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to Jinji Lake and is next to Suzhou Central Plaza and Oriental Gate. It is very convenient for travel and shopping. In short, I will definitely stay here next time I go to Suzhou.

Love the aesthetics of the hotel! Location was relatively convenient too but we took Didi everywhere. Many lovely photo spots and complimentary try on of the hanfu was a bonus! The staff were polite and helpful. Even helped us to reheat one of our packed food and taught us how ti use the washer/dryer. Room temperature was nice and comfortable too. Only two complains were that the bathtub was very badly maintained and we didn’t dare to use it as there were mould. And the most shocking thing was on the second last day, I decided to let my toddler juggle from the cup provided. The water turned really murky and disgusting. I thought it was the cup issue. Changed another cup and tried again and the water really turned colour into soapy water right after! See attached. Hotel, please look into the water quality… tried the water at other hotels but have never encountered this before..

Good location with a nice and modern shopping mall just a traffic light away. Checkin staff did not seem to be very well trained, however polite. Added breakfast for one day but only registered 1 guest despite 2 guests stayed in the room. When we asked advise at concierge if there was any shops selling photography items, reply was “ sorry I’m not local”… Would like to express our gratitude to concierge staff Peter Zhang and room attendant Li Lingyu. Peter always has a genuine smile on his face and helped with our parcel delivery reached destination smoothly. Ms Li is kind and considerate, noted we like to drink coffee, made effort to place a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Lastly, we’d like to appreciate hotel management for making my husband’s birthday even more special by presenting a cake and a card in the room. Would consider to stay again if we go back to Suzhou.

First, I hesitate in booking this hotel but I was so impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. Hence, I booked a second night with a free complimentary drinks. Upon arriving the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist named Yolanda, being a non chinese speaker, I feel very relaxed talking to her. She also helped me for an early check-in since we arrived a bit early. We got in early to our room but an upgrade as well. I was so thrilled with the room, the amenities and the coziness of the vibe. The breakfast was amazing as well...If you will come to this hotel, look for Yolanda. She will definitely assist you in all your needs even give you suggestions to places to go and whether it is hot or raining that day. It was an amazing experience. Thank you again to staffs who accommodate us. Until next time...

Location is perfect. Jinji lake. Shopping mall with eateries and million shops, metro station, all in walking distance. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit soft for me, heating/AC worked well, amenities were fine. We tried the swimming pool, view was nice from the 27th floor. There was a weird noise, every 8-10 minutes a bang on the wall coming from above in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours. I guess we were just not lucky with those neighbors...

A very beautiful property to stay, the staff is extremely hospitable and sweet. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a relaxing and serene staycation near Shanghai. It does have a western restaurant on site and hotspring facility is also nice 👍

The room is large and has a balcony. I can't look closely, but I can see that many facilities are old and not well maintained, including the shower, which is faded and leaking. Parking is convenient The breakfast is average, which is different from the old five-star hotels. Service 4.5, 0.5 is a deduction for room service. I asked for paper towels twice but didn't get them, so I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. The front desk service is very good, giving people a homely feeling. In general, I won't come again next time.
