The hotel facilities are hard to describe. I stayed in this hotel twice in half a month. The first time I stayed, the room was too cold and the air conditioner couldn't be used. I went to the front desk twice, but no one came to fix it. The third time I was moved to another room, the air conditioner worked, but there was always a strange noise. The second time I stayed, the sink couldn't drain. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it, but no one came to fix it. Overall, the hotel is not bad, the hygiene is good, and the price-performance ratio is good. But the service is too bad.
