Amicable service for a boutique styled hotel. Was given a free upgrade and hotel staff brought up a complimentary fruit plate to my room. The room layout was very good as bathroom was well segregated with the bedroom. Good location as it’s walking distance to the famed Jianghan pedestrian street. Nothing to complain about as the price is really reasonably priced too. Overall was a wonderful stay. Thumbs up.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in was smooth, and they gave me a snack bag when I told them i needed to leave before the restaurant opened. (Even though I hadn't signed up for breakfast.) I opted for a room that was not the smallest, and it was really quite roomy, with a door to a little extra area where the window is. There's a free washer and dryer, though I only used the dryer. (The washer automatically dispenses soap, and I didn't want to chance getting unwanted detergent scents.) Above all the location was ideal: walk from the front door across a walkway to the airport.My room looked across to the passenger unloading area. Be aware that there is almost no signage leading to the hotel. Cars arriving to the airport must go to the very back of the parking area nearest the ride hailing area, at which point you will finally see the hotel. From inside the airport, signage is equally sparse. Go to Exit 6 of the arrivals floor and exit there. Once you actually cross the walkway you'll see a tiny hotel sign.. (See the pictures.) But it is worth looking for.

The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Very good Hotel with really everything. Many things in the spaceous room like earplugs, water, shoes, tea and more. There is even a room with a washing maschine and a dryer which can be used for free. Good, fine breakfast. Great shower! Would defenetly come again. Really good for the price! If you want to book a room with view to the nice bridge think also about the big street im front which is not so quiet. But the view is great.

The hotel is very close to the train station (10 minutes Walking), thereof perfect for visiting Yichang by train. We just staied there for one night but our impression was really good. The rooms are clean and modern and you have a nice view If you are in one of the higher floors. Furthermore we liked the fitness room despite its small size.

I called the hotel before I went there, added WeChat, and patiently sent the location to me, but I was not satisfied when I left. Parking is free for 24 hours, free until 19:25 the next day. Because I was delayed in the parking lot for a while, I arrived at the exit at 19:28, so I was asked to pay the full 24-hour parking fee of 41.5 yuan. I called the hotel three times on my mobile phone, but they didn't answer. The WeChat voice calls on both sides also didn't answer. Even though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

Shiyan Town is about a 20-30min walk down the main road Buffet breakfast is available and the restaurant is situated in another hotel nearby. I would have no hesitation in staying at the hotel again. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options.
