Could not find ' City Convenient Hotel' as described by Trip.com. We had to call the hotel to confirm the exact location, in the middle of the night ! Finally, we checked in the hotel namely ' CITY COMFORT INN'. Trip.com should pay more attention on the translation. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is spacious with a sofa for two. Clean towels and sheets are provided. The location is superb for getting around with Mrt and there are plenty food outlets nearby including the morning market and the muslim street.

Receptionists Ms Xie so friendly n helpful, all housekeepers r polite, room big n clean, location is super wonderful, my friend said next time she sure stay back this place again.

Good location, easy to access the metro, also you can walk to the city center. The room is fully equipped, clean, clean white sheets, slippers, water dispenser, tv, refrigerator, the AC works very good. We arrived earlier the 2 o’clock and the room was ready.

Stayed 5 nights in 4 person dorm room Expectation/Reality: this establishment exceeded expectations. Check in is ground floor and fairly easy to find and access. The room beds are good size and clean, there is lots of storage space for belongings and generally better than what was expected. The free laundry and detergent is a nice plus. Internet has good connection. Security: very secure, there is a lock to the door of the main room and a locker cubby for each guest, felt belongings where secure and in a safe area. Hygiene: generally very clean, in a four person room it is shared showers with only four people, and on slow season you might only share with one or two other people. The cleaners come consistently to clean and refile soap. Hospitality: staff was excellent and competent. Although it is a chain it felt like it is owner operated, check in was smooth, extending the stay was smooth and all additional information and assistance was timely and effective. Social Atmosphere: no scheduled events, but there is plenty of social and public space to meet people, generally good vibes. Overall: one of the best hostels in China so far having stayed in 5 different hostels in China in 5 different cities for over 20 nights. I would recommend and would stay again.

The location is central. We enjoyed the night scenes on the Drum Tower and our walks to the Bell Tower. We only figured out the shortcut through the hotel lobby to the main street on our 3rd night. We had always used the side entrance as that's where we dropped off from our Didi rides. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend this Ibis. My flight arrive around 2am. First time First time to Xian. Called hotel responded by sending a van tonpick. Checking in was quick. The room was clean, welcoming. All amenities in working condition except the hotel phone. So have to go downstairs to book van trip. Enquiries. Quite inconvenient. Breakfast is local food. No bread, coffee . Overall experience is good.

I would recommend this hotel - the rooms match the description, they are cleaned daily and water is replenished every day too, which is a pleasant bonus.

Right beside a couple of Food streets and biggish metro interchange(Luomashi metro stop on line 2 to Lanzhou North Stn), a minute walk to traffic roundabout for spectacular night view of Bell Tower, short walk via underpass to the Drum Tower, Muslim Quarters & surrounding lively streets! Helpful counter staff and good Chinese breakfast.

Amazing hotel, new, clean and spacious rooms, conveniently located right next to the Zhonglou metro station and 10 mins walk to the Muslim Quarter and Bell and Drum Towers for the best street food in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even let me check in early when I arrived around 9am. The room rate was also incredible value for money, would highly recommend staying here when you visit Xi’an.

They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

- The location is great: some minutes walking from the train station of line 4. - The hotel itself is a B&B, however, from all the hotels I have stayed in China, including hotels 4*, I certainly affirm that this B&B is much better than all of them when is about cleanliness, facilities, room' style. The room even had a Japanese toilet style :), and the shower area was separated from the toilet bowl, something that is appreciated. - The room was big and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. - The staff is great. They don't speak English, but they help with what you need.

Convenient as located within airport. We booked one night since our flight is in the morning. The double bed is queen size, no space to turn for two adults. The bed and pillows are comfortable. It does feel claustrophobic when the door is closed. Quiet.

Waiting to pick up at airport quite long The breakfast start too late at 7AM, they should understand why people choose to stay at hotel near airport, cause the flight are early. I am suggest the breakfast can start at 6 AM or they prepare breakfast box, if the guest request when they check in

Amazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage. In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful. Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more. Highly recommend.

The room is very new and clean. I like staying at the All Seasons every time. The breakfast is also very good. A very satisfactory experience. My son is taking the high school entrance examination. This hotel is the closest to the examination room. It is just across the street. You can see the school entrance from the room upstairs. The room is large, with twin beds and a bungalow, which can accommodate three people. Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The hospitality of the lady boss is absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend people to stay here. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The boss handled my luggage and took it to my room. They offered pickup, drop-off, and transportation to places around town, but I didn't know about it, so I took the bus and walked 1.5 km to their location. The lady boss helped me with absolutely everything, taking me to Huashan, directing me to the ticket booth, and showing me a lot of useful information to buy tickets. She even took me to Huashan North Station to catch the train back to Xi'an, helping me carry my luggage all the way to the gate. Her kindness made this one of the best places I've ever had the chance to stay.

The hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. The room was very clean, with snacks and drinks (including bottles of water) for sale in the lobby downstairs. The hotel also has an extensive food menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to order from. The hotel staff also drove me to the train station when I left, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions.

Fortunately, with my continuous efforts to swipe tickets, the god of luck really came. I actually missed two tickets for the next morning. I was so lucky. But the problem came again. The child's ticket was not bought, so I sought help from the service staff again. This time I was lucky to meet the boss's wife again. I called an acquaintance in the scenic area directly and told them about our situation. As a result, it met the special ticket type and I just needed to go to the ticket office to make up the ticket. Happy 😁, the ticket problem was finally solved. The rest is what the hotel is good at, enthusiastic service. 1. Help us make a car according to our itinerary. 2. The hotel's food is delicious and suits my taste. 3. Many people in the hotel get up early to go up the mountain, and they also moved up the breakfast time. 4. The more considerate service is that when we came back from the mountain, the itinerary changed, and it was raining, so we had to check out and catch the bus. The hotel specially sent a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. I am very grateful for the enthusiastic help of the hotel staff this time. So if you want to have a comfortable and quiet trip, I recommend you to come to this hotel.
