  • Congratulations to BBV development BV for winning the Gemeente Almere competition for new Olympiakwartier Oost development in Almere! 🏆👏 Porta Aurelia project came to be in collaboration with Studio Vinke architects and landscape architects from Atelier LOOS van VLIET. We’re happy we could be a part of that success. To help secure that win, our number one focus was to highlight the design’s key strength. ✨ That is providing future residents with green spaces and communal areas. So our visuals show the central garden bathed in vegetation and filled with life. Residents enjoy outdoor activities, 🚴♀️ chatting with their neighbors, or just having a cup of coffee in one of the onsite cafés. ☕ That make living in a city feel wholesome and connected with nature. 🌿🌳And we believe it helped tip the scales of the competition in favor of BBV development BV. • Meet our vivid team of archviz lovers. 💙 There are 27 of us and counting. We are 3D artists, sure. But what we actually do is we translate your projects into visuals. 🎯 When you create that unique and beautiful design, our job is to make sure your clients see it exactly as you do. Because we’re architects too, we speak your language. We get what’s the most important message we have to convey: the function, the details, the stories. And we understand the last-minute changes. 😉 You can think of us as an extension of your team, actually. Whether you have a tight-deadline competition to win or large-scale projects. 🚀 We have a strong team and years of experience, so we’ll be happy to assist you with all of them. • Take a look at yet another project we visualized for Henning Larsen Architects. The new West City Entrance in Berlin is an important communication hub for the German capital. And we aimed to picture it not only with the buzzing big-city vibe, but also show it immersed in greenery. 🌿 So we weaved in stories of people taking advantage of this multifunctional space: walking, cycling, shopping, meeting friends or resting in a comforting shade of a tree. 🌳 Basically, enjoying life in the heart of the big city.

  • Is AI going to take away 3D artists’ jobs? 🤔 We really don’t think so. If anything, it can help us improve our images and let us work more efficiently. We gave AI a go in a few renders from the River Camp project. We used Magnific.ai - an AI tool for upscaling and enhancing images. Take a look at the before and after images. For example, in our winter render, we used it to add all those details that make the image more realistic. Like little bumps and dips in the snow, extra shrubs and tree branches and footprints leading to the cabin. ❄️👣 And in the autumn shot we used Magnific to enhance the color palette, give the trees rich, fall hues and sharpening the textures. Especially wood planks of the cabin or fallen leaves on the ground. 🍂✨ All of it makes the images look much more lifelike. That said, we don’t think AI is going to replace us anytime soon. It’s a powerful tool, but it still needs a solid starting point - a well executed image made by an experienced human 3D artist. What about you? Have you tried using AI in your work?

  • This project is, hands down, one of our favorites. 💚 Maybe it’s because a view of a river feels so familiar (as our office face a river too 🌊). And maybe it’s because nature is front and center in this project. River Camp are cozy, wooden private cabins in the heart of deep Iowa forests. In our visualizations, we aimed to show both the look and the feel of this serene place. With inviting, bright interiors, warm glow of a campfire, or soothing views out the window. And of course - nature. 🌿 We carefully recreated local plants, trees and the structure of the forest. Especially as seasons changed throughout the year: from lush greenery in summer, through colorful autumn leaves to snowy winter. Whether under clear blue skies, moody overcast or during thunderstorm, every setting tell its own story To enhance that even more, we added storytelling details. From subtle hints like backpacks left by someone who maybe just came to the cabin. To friends laughing and enjoying getaway together. All of this allowed our client to show his project can be enjoyed in every weather and on any occasion. If you’d like to see more projects like this, visit our website: https://lnkd.in/dV5zWiK2

  • We’re thrilled to share the visualizations we created for our longtime client, Henning Larsen ✨. The stunning design of Ørestad Church ⛪️ was the winner of a competition back in 2022 🎉 (in case anyone forgot 😉). For this project, we focused on capturing the serene and contemplative atmosphere of this space. The key ingredient was the play of natural light. 🌟 We showed the spectacle it creates, while it filters through the chapel, and interacts with the wooden shingles. To emphasize the church’s connection to its surroundings, we used a subtle, monochrome palette and greenery 🌱 that complements the natural materials, both inside and out. One of the most important elements of this design was creating a hub for community life, reflection, and connection. 🤝 So we aimed to showcase that with visual stories of families, individuals and communities enjoying social and spiritual moments together. Over the years, we’ve seen this amazing project at various stages of development. Getting closer and closer to being built —which, of course, we can’t wait to see! Working with Henning Larsen on high-profile projects like Ørestad Church is always a great pleasure, and we definitely enjoy challenges like these. • The project of Imperial Shipyard revitalization in Gdansk, Poland is a classic story of how a modern city can improve peoples’ lives. ✨ Our client - Roark Studio tapped precisely into that potential. Using architectural diversity to provide the residents with everything a well-designed city should offer. 🎯 We made sure the visualizations we’ve prepared for the project stay true to this concept. Showing contrasting forms of massive brick buildings and light, steel constructions. People enjoying both busy nighlife in cafes ☕, as well as serene family time on green terraces. 🌿 And stories of how rich in history industial spaces got regained by residents and nature.  Visit our website to see more projects like this: https://lnkd.in/dV5zWiK2

  • Congratulations to Studio Vinke for winning yet another tender with the ambitious Plan Markant project in Zeewolde.🏆 It’s a well deserved win! The sustainable timber-frame houses are arranged around a vibrant communal garden - a focal point and a gathering space for the residents. So our ambition was to show in action how it inspires both environmental care and social interaction. 🌿👨👩👧👦 We focused on the sustainable aspect of the design by vividly picturing the biobased materials 🌳, natural meadow lawns 🌾 and wild-like shoreline of the lake 🌊. And we highlighted the social character of the development, capturing moments like children playing on the grass, neighbors tending to the garden together, or seniors relaxing amidst greenery. We’re proud to have played a part in making Studio Vinke’s vision a success. 💚

  • This award-winning design for Leppävaara’s city center is set to transform Espoo into a greener, more connected community. 🌿 ECHO planned for nearly half of the area to be dedicated to greenery. And we at Vivid Vision gladly took on the challenge to highlight this balance of nature and city life. ✨ We used our 3d superpowers to capture the essence of this bold design. From thriving greenery woven into every corner of the urban landscape 🌱 to streets alive with stories of people strolling, gathering, and enjoying vibrant plazas. 🏙️ See more projects like this on our website https://lnkd.in/dV5zWiK2
