Last month was filled with interesting events for our industry, and I had the chance to participate in a few of them: GRI Club Light Industrial & Logistics 2024, the Quo Vadis E-commerce 2024 panel and the Obiekty Congress. While the focus of each event was different, a clear common thread emerged: being ready for future opportunities.   The key takeaway is that the real estate market is liquid, with capital available to fund projects. Clients, especially in e-commerce, are carefully analyzing demand and waiting for the right moment to act, though growth in this sector is inevitable. To address these trends, 7R SA is proactively securing and de-risking land, ensuring ready-to-develop sites in strategic locations for their business. Stock Polska, one of Poland's largest alcoholic beverage producers, has leased 57,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse space in 7R Park Lublin East I. - As part of the commercialization of 7R Park Lublin, we have completed one of the largest lease transactions in the market this year. Our cooperation with Stock is built on the highest quality, the latest technologies, and the professional multidisciplinary team of 7R experts, who support the client at every stage of project implementation -  said Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing, 7R. 7R Park Lublin consists of four buildings totalling 111,000 sqm. This marks the second award for this exceptional project in just two days. The jury highlighted its high reputation, 100% occupancy rate, innovative design, sustainable specifications, and BREEAM Outstanding certification. 7R Green Saver represents a groundbreaking concept in sustainable construction and we are grateful to the jury for acknowledging its excellence. Kraków: A Warehouse Millionaire - Market data from the second quarter of 2024 shows that the region is rapidly catching up with Poland’s most popular warehouse locations, such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Upper Silesia, and Central Poland. Małopolska, with Kraków at the forefront, is gaining significance not only due to its strategic location but also thanks to access to highly skilled specialists, particularly graduates from technical universities. This is a major advantage that attracts investors and companies from the tech and industrial sectors. At 7R, we have long recognized Kraków and its surrounding area’s appeal. One of the largest facilities in our portfolio is 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów, spanning 210,000 m2 and home to over 30 companies in the e-commerce, logistics, and FMCG sectors, including ANSWEAR.com, ESA logistika and Styler.
