7R Green Saver named Warehouse of the Year! During the 14th edition of the CEE Awards, hosted by Eurobuild CEE, our 7R Park Wrocław West II was honoured with this prestigious recognition. This marks the second award for this exceptional project in just two days. The jury highlighted its high reputation, 100% occupancy rate, innovative design, sustainable specifications, and BREEAM Outstanding certification. 7R Green Saver represents a groundbreaking concept in sustainable construction and we are grateful to the jury for acknowledging its excellence. Green Designer Award for our sustainable solutions! 🏆 We are proud to announce that we have just received the Green Designer Award from Eurologistics Media Group. The award recognizes 7R Park Wrocław West II, the first project in our innovative 7R Green Saver line, which achieved a 67% reduction in CO₂ emissions, lowered operational costs, and earned the highest BREEAM International New Construction certification in Continental Europe. - It is with immense pride that I accept this extraordinary award on behalf of 7R SA. Being the first recipient in this newly established category, which celebrates projects that promote sustainability and energy efficiency, is a tremendous honour – said Magdalena Kostjan, our Head of Leasing, who accepted this recognition on behalf of our company. Together with EQT Exeter we will develop logistics park in Greater Prague!   EQT EXETER PARK PRAGUE D8 LUZEC features two modern warehouses with total area of areas of 56,000 sqm strategically located along the D8 Motorway servicing Greater Prague.   - The project, executed on a speculative basis and already attracting significant tenant interest, is 7R’s second venture in Czechia, following the 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway. Kraków: A Warehouse Millionaire - Market data from the second quarter of 2024 shows that the region is rapidly catching up with Poland’s most popular warehouse locations, such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Upper Silesia, and Central Poland. Małopolska, with Kraków at the forefront, is gaining significance not only due to its strategic location but also thanks to access to highly skilled specialists, particularly graduates from technical universities. This is a major advantage that attracts investors and companies from the tech and industrial sectors. At 7R, we have long recognized Kraków and its surrounding area’s appeal. One of the largest facilities in our portfolio is 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów, spanning 210,000 m2 and home to over 30 companies in the e-commerce, logistics, and FMCG sectors, including ANSWEAR.com, ESA logistika and Styler. Hundreds of people from Kraków and nearby cities like Wieliczka and Bochnia have found employment here. Pink October at 7R 🎗 In support of breast cancer awareness and prevention, 7R is encouraging every woman on our team to prioritize her health. To make this commitment easier, we are covering additional breast ultrasounds for all our female colleagues and providing them with “2 Hours for Health”—time during the workday to go for their screenings. Breast cancer awareness is not just a campaign; it's a reminder of the importance of early detection and proactive health care. Orange moves to 7R! Orange, the leader in Poland's fixed-line, internet, and data transmission market, has leased over 2,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I.- We are relocating to 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I to gain better access to key roads and infrastructure, while also enhancing the work environment for our office staff. The new location will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently - says Piotr Pieniążek, Director of Supply Chain Operations at Orange. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I consists of three buildings with a total area of 40,500 sqm, equipped with modern, eco-friendly technologies to ensure excellent storage conditions and a high work standard. - Our offering includes not only large production halls but also smaller units tailored to the needs of diverse tenants. We did our part by caring for the heart ❤️ We are proud to announce that during our recent Heart Days, nearly 70 employees participated in blood tests, including a complete blood count, platelet analysis, and lipid profile. This initiative aimed to promote heart health and raise awareness about the importance of preventive care. This effort is part of our broader commitment to ESG, ensuring the well-being of our team.
