Definitely, business wants it, but wants it quickly. Business always needs fast results that are operationally cost-effective and easy to implement, without causing work interruptions or unnecessary hassle. We love traditional training—engaging conversations, networking, coffee, cookies, a good lunch. If only they didn’t last so briefly. It’s so easy to forget what they were about. If only they weren’t limited to such small groups of people. If only we could invite everyone, train them all year long, without work interruptions, without operational costs, and still offer personalized learning... if only that were possible... #empatyzer #business #management

empatyzer w Salve, Salve Medica a discussion on the role of empathy in medicine, particularly in the context of using our tool to develop cognitive empathy. Soon, we’ll be able to share the results of what this has achieved. Stay tuned! #empatyzer #health #startup

💥 88% 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 🔥 – only 12% believe they have a strong leadership team, which presents a huge challenge for future growth [DDI, 2023]. ❗ The problem? A lack of trust between leaders. Only 46% of managers trust that their superiors are making the right decisions, which impacts not only relationships but also the effectiveness of the entire organization. Additionally, only 32% of senior managers are trusted – further lowering morale and causing a crisis at the top [DDI, 2023]. Without trust, motivation drops, and leaders lose their sense of purpose. "You know, our managers aren't real leaders" – I've heard this countless times from company boards over the past few years. It always struck me, because if it's that bad, shouldn't you be urgently training them..? #leadership #management #empatyzer– for leaders and teams.

💥 When a manager sinks, the whole team goes down. 75% of managers feel overwhelmed by growing responsibilities, and 90% of HR leaders say career paths in their companies are unclear [Gartner, 2024; Wellics, 2024]. A lack of support for middle managers is a problem for the entire organization. Without clear career paths and the right skills, managers can’t effectively lead their teams. ❗ The problem? Many companies still underestimate this issue. Change is only possible when managers receive support in the form of training, proper resources, and clear goals [Gartner, 2024; Harver, 2024]. What about your organization? Does it offer support to managers, or are you relying on the "it'll work out somehow" approach? 😊 #leadership #management #empathizer – for teams and leaders.

💥 74% 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 [Owl Labs, 2019]. It’s no longer just about convenience — it’s a key factor in employee loyalty. Plus, 56% of professionals know someone already planning to leave because they were forced back to the office [FlexJobs, 2023]. In the UK, 51% of workers are considering quitting if hybrid work is taken away from them [Microsoft, 2024]. ❗ But there’s a challenge – 20% of remote employees report communication issues in distributed teams, which makes collaboration harder [Buffer, 2024]. How can we tackle this? The answer could lie in soft skills training. In a hybrid model, communication, empathy, and emotional management are critical. Leaders who develop these skills manage distributed teams better, improving collaboration and engagement [TalentLMS, 2024]. How is your company handling hybrid team management? Make the changes before it’s too late! #management #leadership #empathizer – perfect for teams and leaders. 😊

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭? 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬! ⚡ Introverts often struggle to break through in a world of competitive extroverts, where decisions are made faster than you can even explain the problem. More than 60% of C-level executives in 2012 saw introversion as a barrier to leadership! [HBR] 🚨 It’s time to stop ignoring introverts! 🚨 We live in a world where extroverts shout the loudest, but… are they really more effective? Research says otherwise. ⚡ Introverted leaders outperform extroverts when it comes to efficiency! 🏆 In studies by Wharton, stores led by introverts with proactive employees achieved 14% higher profits. And that’s just the beginning. In another experiment by Adam Grant (yes, the author of "Give and Take"!), introverted leaders outperformed extroverts by 28% in productivity. Why? Because they listen and don’t feel the need to outshine others. Meanwhile, extroverts, craving attention, may overwhelm their teams’ initiatives. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬? Choose someone who knows when to step back. 🤫 Training leaders? Teach them how to work with introverts. #leadership #management #empatyzer – for leaders and teams. And yes, for the introverted ones too! 😊

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. But the truth is, without understanding emotions, every change is doomed to fail. Change management isn't just about implementing new technologies and processes – it's primarily about changing people 💡. Research shows that 82% of leaders believe their managers aren’t properly equipped to lead change, and 77% admit that employees are exhausted by transformations 😓 [Gartner, 2024]. The key to success is "humanizing" the process – engaging employees at every stage, creating space for dialogue 💬, and providing tools that support emotional and mental adaptation to change. Did you know that about 70% of changes in companies end in failure? [HBR] Maybe that’s why. How can we better support leaders in understanding how to manage people, their perspectives, and resistance? #leadership #management #empatyzer

𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞? 𝐎𝐡 𝐧𝐨, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬! Instead of creating more chaos, they should just focus on what needs to get done. At the same time, 78% of leaders fear that startups could threaten their organizations, which highlights the need to support 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 within [Rubicon]. Interestingly, only 4% of internal projects generate over $1 million in annual revenue [Wharton, 2024], which is almost nothing on a corporate scale. This underscores the importance of supporting innovation inside organizations. But for that to happen, first, you need to identify the people with innovative drive and determination to reach goals 💡. Stop draining their energy and talent by making them navigate through organizational roadblocks. Start viewing them as a force that can help win the market in the next decade 🚀. Are you naturally an innovator? Have you already felt the sting of limitations yourself? 🤔 #leadership #management #empatyzer

🚨 Micromanagement is killing your team. 🚨 39% of employees change jobs to escape leaders who try to control every move. Do you tell people what to do every day because "it's your job"? If so, you're crushing their morale. Your employees focus on pleasing you instead of growing and creatively approaching their tasks. 🚫 Micromanagement is a trap. It gives you the illusion of control, but at the same time, kills productivity and motivation. [Redline Group] shows that 39% of people leave their jobs to avoid micromanagers. Let go of the wheel! Instead of controlling every detail, trust your team. Organizations that give employees more freedom have higher productivity and lower turnover [Candor]. 🚀 What about you? Do you like to control or delegate as much as possible? Have you ever had a boss who clung too tightly to the wheel? Do you train your managers or assume everyone knows what leadership is, and training can wait? #management #leadership #empatyzer
