The seller was PKB Inwest Budowa. ▶️TVH Parts Co., a global supplier of machinery parts and accessories, has leased almost 17,000 sq m in Prologis Park Ruda Śląska, with Cushman & Wakefield as the advisor. ▶️The new headquarters of TR Warszawa at Plac Defilad is getting closer—the tender for the contractor of the first stage will soon begin. ▶️Sopra Steria Polska will occupy 4,000 sq m in the Grundmanna Office Park A building, owned by Cavatina Group.
