Effiziente und kostengünstige Zerkleinerung, sowie ausgefeilte Sortiertechnik ermöglichen Ihnen die Klassifizierung in diese einzelnen Sorten und steigern dadurch Ihre Erlöse. Die Altholzaufbereitungsanlage wurde 2023 von uns realisiert. Altholz ist ein nachwachsender Rohstoff welcher hier für die Energieerzeugung aufbereitet wird. Der Leistungsumfang der Firma HORSTMANN war hierbei die Planung, Konstruktion, Produktion, Montage und Inbetriebnahme. Eingesetzte Trenntechniken sind 2 NE-Abscheider, 3 FE-Abscheider und ein Schwingsieb. Als Fördertechnik kamen Gleitgurtförderer Typ PA und Muldengurtförderer Typ U-Eisen zum Einsatz. Die Anlage garantiert einen Durchsatz von ca. 60 Tonnen pro Stunde. Neugierig?
