INNOCAMP PL is a social innovation company under the umbrella of ASHOKA - the 5th most impactful NGO in the world. Its projects and activities promote sustainable inclusive education, personal and collective resilience, intergenerational mental health and inner development, collaborative urban regeneration and engagment of human and biodiversity. It empowers young people through gamified e-portfolios - a reflective learning tool used collaborativly by students and multistakeholders of changemaking. It bridges the industires of higher education and business (especcially social entrepreneurship) with innovation camps, service learning, project hatchieries, appreciative inquiry and mockathon sessions. It helps multiple stakeholder alliences with collaborative intent for community development and urban regeneration. It offers support with challenge-based methods of research and student learning to HIgher Education institutions, especcially embedding changemaking and social innovation into curriculum design. INNOCAMP PL helps top executives to transform themselves and their organizations into empathy & compassion driven subjects. It offeres training retreats and audits to encourage true sustainability attitudes, ethical fibre, prevent burn-out and mobing/dominance. It engages service leaders in regenerative communities, catharthis improv sessions, forest baths and other well-being rituals which are followed by reflective learning laboratories. One of its programs - LICO empowers women by reflexology (SORENSEN System) and taping techniques to help them reclaim and be their own faces. INNOCAMP PL works with powerful clients on their diversity and inclusion in the context of multicultural uncertainty. Currently it leads two Erasmus Plus European Comission funded projects (SUMED and JOY in SPORTS) with partners in 8 countries and participates in 3 more (PUNC, ACIIS, JOIN IN) and 2 Creative Europe projects (Future Divercities, Getting Unstuck).

#sustainablemedia 🐝 For the success of the hive, it is necessary to establish several boundary conditions. The first of these is a friendly environment. We invest effort and time to create an atmosphere of trust, based on active listening, without premature judgment. This gives participants space to share and openly discuss all the issues with respect. 🤝 👉 Of course, to achieve this goal, the hive needs experienced facilitators and experts. They will share their knowledge, like the queen and worker bees, but through active listening and monitoring the course of discussion, they will collect new data and ideas and gain a better picture of the reality. 💡 Similar to bees observing dances and detecting the scent of pheromones from workers returning to the hive. How can we spark social innovation at academias? Why do we love wicked problems? Who could become a changemaker? Adam Jagiello-Rusilowski facilitated a futuring lab at Riga Business School to promote Future DiverCities project and social entrepreneurship. We played some "silly games", explored reversed perceptions and mindset shifts. That gave us a good opening to chat about empathy, social change, and wicked problems. Ashoka is eager to break them down and has a way of solving them. A fresh example is our work with the coalition for Karosta in the @Future DiverCities project. We presented the role of the narrative for the community and how it can get university students and faculty engaged along local social entrepreneurs and NGO leaders. #socialinnovation #changemaking #wickedproblems #engageduniversity
