💡 At LeanCode, we thrive on curiosity and constant learning! Around every two months, our team gathers for an internal training session to dive deep into cutting-edge topics. Yesterday, we explored the fascinating world of Large Language Models in a presentation titled "Do Chatbots Think? Understanding Large Language Models." Together, we unraveled the complexities behind these systems—what makes them tick, how they learn, the transformers themselves, their applications, and what it means for the future of our projects. 🌐🤖 What makes these sessions special is the flexibility to join online or offline, fostering discussion and engagement across various teams. It fuels our growth.🚀 #Tech #AI #LearningCulture #Teamwork

🚀PACKAGE: spyglass: Scalable Dependency Injection Library for #Flutter🚀 Spyglass is our simple and scalable dependency injection library tailored for Flutter. You'll feel right at home if you’ve used `provider` or `get_it`. With a familiar API, spyglass splits your code into a hierarchy of scopes for routes, authed/unauthed parts of the app, global singleton services, etc. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dmH4mVTD 💡 Why spyglass? Existing DI solutions either have issues at scale, are part of a larger framework we don’t necessarily want to use at LeanCode, or just aren’t the most ergonomic when paired with Flutter. This is our attempt to remedy that. Spyglass introduces scopes bound to widgets similarly to `provider` but limits its impact on widget tree depth, which can be an issue in larger apps. ✨ Key Features: → use with Flutter, terminal, or server apps via `flutter_spyglass` or `spyglass`, → bind service lifetimes to app state/routes with logical scopes, → supports asynchronous initialization, → register interdependent services in any order, even after delay/asynchronously.

🌍LeanCode Team at Web Summit 2024! Our LeanCode team recently attended #WebSummit2024 in Lisbon, Portugal, seeking inspiration and new knowledge beyond their day-to-day expertise. Product Owners Klaudyna Jóźwiak and Karolina Kołyszko, alongside Frontend Developer Katarzyna Grasewicz, share their thoughts on this event: ✨Klaudyna: "WebSummit is a great experience with countless topics being discussed, but AI solutions dominate the conversation. The true value, however, is in the networking—connecting with fascinating people from all over the world. The trade fair area is equally impressive, showcasing innovative companies and tools that can spark fresh ideas." ✨Karolina: "AI is undoubtedly the main theme. However, the event's multiple tracks ensured there was something for everyone. Attending various talks showed me new perspectives from other industries, which was great. I also appreciated the chance to hear firsthand from experts about emerging trends." ✨Katarzyna: "The talks were diverse, but I particularly enjoyed the hands-on typography masterclass. An interesting change from attending other talks. It was also clear that accessibility in mobile and web applications is a growing focus, with inclusivity taking center stage in many solutions." The LeanCode team is always eager to bring new insights back to our work, enhancing the quality of our tech solutions for clients worldwide. #AI #Networking #Innovation #TechTrends #WomenInTech

🚀 PACKAGE: leancode_lint: Enforcing a consistent code style in #Flutter🚀 Lints in Flutter are essential because they help maintain code quality, readability, and code consistency, which are crucial when building scalable and maintainable apps. At LeanCode, we configure existing lint rules and create our own. These include enforced naming conventions, rules around `flutter_hooks`, or using items from the design system. 💡Certain lint rules highlight inefficiencies, such as unnecessary rebuilds or complex widget trees, prompting #FlutterDev to optimize their code. We’ve packed our best practices into the #opensource package: leancode_lint. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/d-f97bVf ✨ Key Features: → Available assists for small refactorings, → Custom lints are configurable, → Some custom lints contain quick fixes.
